The property is fully fenced, offering complete privacy around the stunning heated outdoor pool—ideal for a relaxing holiday for up to 6 guests.



Inside, you will find two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, along with two bathrooms, one of which features a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware. Additional comforts include high-speed WiFi, cable TV, a washing machine, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms to keep the villa naturally cool and comfortable throughout your stay.



Step outside to enjoy the heated private pool, a covered terrace with shaded dining, an uncovered terrace for sunbathing, a lush private garden, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ. The villa benefits from beautiful mountain and garden views, creating a wonderfully calm and private atmosphere. Garage and on-site parking are available.
