Yes! Besides our room that I purchased in advance with no refund and my King room was sold out before we got there at 8 pm...Yes! The room was defintely neglected. Shower dispensers weren't filled, soap was completely empty. Alot of black areas in shower corners, and I had to killed a centepede on bathroom floor. I have registered a complaint with photos with Expedia and to Marriott with no response yet. Maybe you can help...please. just very disappointed in this hotel and service from them and Expedia. Thanks, Deb

We stopped overnight on the way to South Carolina. The check-in was simple. The room was ready and clean. This area has many hotels to choose from but I usually choose one of the Marriott hotels. I have not been disappointed yet.

The property was nice but it needs to be updated. We had a couple of issues with the doors working with our key card but not a big deal. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool seemed to have a film on it and it was a weird green color, maybe from the chemicals??

It was a lovely stay. Staff were nice and welcoming. They accidentally charged me twice. I forgot to mention I already paid through Expedia and they said they canceled the charge. But it’s still pending.. other than that it was a great stay.

The staff did not honor my reservation of a room with two queens and one sofa bed because they gave it away. They then gave me two rooms each with king beds and a pullout sofa. In the of the night someone opened my door but thankfully was unable to come in because I had put the swing bar lock on. This caused my son and I so much panic I thought someone was breaking in and going to harm us!! I have never been so scared in my life. Definitely the worst night of my life being woken up to someone opening your door and the sound of them having trouble back and forth with the swing bar lock is something I will never forget. the phone in the room rang. I tried to answer but the cord was so loose from the handset, it just fell out. I called front desk and they said my room was “unoccupied”. Whoever put me in my room apparently didn’t do this properly in your system !
