Brand new and high quality furnished penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with comfortable seating area, satellite TV and fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower and three balconies. One bedroom has double beds, in the second bedroom is a sofa bed (for 2 persons). In the bedroom with sofa bed is a TV, with which you can use the apps from Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc., if you have subscribed to them. No general TV is possible here. Two Blueray players can be used. In the upper area you can reach the roof terrace via another room. On the balconies you will find balcony furniture. A parking space directly at the house can be used free of charge. From 01. 05. - 15. 09. there is a beach chair available for free use.
