Stayed one night room was basic with 2 beds joined together the duvet had zips in them and was uncomfortable, the curtains were hanging off the rail as they had broken curtain hooks , the toilet shower area was in in need of re- grouting as there were black bits on floor tiles and in shower ,we had evening meal and there was only 2 other diners in the restaurant we ordered Cajun chicken and it was over cooked and a haloumi and mushroom burger both came twice cooked chips that were soggy and definitely undercooked we also had a side of onion rings which where disgusting as you bit into them the oil shot across your mouth - needless to say we left most of our food , the breakfast was better but I still had to return my scrambled egg as they were also full of oil!!! Not a good visit
If you are after something a bit different from the usual afternoon tea then you should definitely try the picnic bench! No run-of-the-mill sarnies and cakes here! Delicious mini burger, fish and chips, soup and egg and salmon on a slice of crusty bread. Then to the puddings, all I can say is wow! There wasn't anything on there I didn't like or eat. I had to take some home as there was so much food, great value for money. My children had their very own Afternoon Tea too, a mini version of sandwiches and cakes which went down a treat! We sat in the restaurant overlooking the beautiful gardens on a chilly but sunny day. Definitely worth a visit! We've eaten here for Sunday lunch too and the portions are amazing and everything is really tasty. A great place for lunch and dinner or a little treat! I also had a full body massage later that afternoon in the treatment rooms which left me completely relaxed and ready to eat the cakes that I couldn't finish earlier!
Stayed one night after going to the caravan and camping exhibition. The rooms are really comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom and shower facilities were great. the bed was extremely comfortable . breakfast was really nice but my only slight complaint was the speed the food came out of the kitchen people were queuing and when it did arrived it disappeared very quickly
Stayed for one week due to visiting local family and friends. Staff friendly, room very clean and warm. Breakfast good, plenty of choice in a pleasant room overlooking the well maintained gardens. Really good location - it is very easy to 'get about' Redditch and other areas from this hotel. I found the wi-fi a little 'hit and miss' however, we were in a room which was quite a way from reception. The rooms were cleaned to a really good standard and credit should be given to housekeeping for their excellent work.
I stayed at the hotel on 10th February while attending a family birthday get together. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is situated in it,'s own leafy grounds with easy access to Birmingham. I will definitely stay here again.
Absolutely fabulous hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Food was excellent and they made our visit so pleasurable and memorable. The hotel was very well maintained and very accessible. A great venue for any occasion
Very easy to find, set in woods. Really pretty and relaxing. All Staff where incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, great choice of foods on each course - fantastic value for money for 3 courses. Breakfast was great with a brilliant selection of courses and different foods. Loved the room, we went for a superior double, it had a queen size bed, really comfortable, clean, had a great night sleep. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. Jack serviced us at Dinner he went the extra mile and made our evening lovely.
Just returned from a relaxing one night stay with my husband, the room was very nice and comfortable, we booked a package with dinner and we were pleased we did as the food was excellent. The staff looked after us well and were very attentive. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so nice and to Gemma who was very helpful and friendly when we came to check out. Check out time was 11am which was great as we did not have to rush back after breakfast and could take our time. Overall we had a lovely break which was good value, we will definitely return
Had an enjoyable 1 night stay, room was very nice, 3 course meal in restaurant was very good and breakfast was also good quality. Service from staff excellent. Prices are very competitive. Will definitely stay again.
After been brought Afternoon tea as a Christmas present for myself & my Mother In Law, we visited here & we're very impressed with the amount of food, we had to take some home with us. It was a lovely atmosphere & the staff were very polite & friendly. Would definitely visit again
