Not safe for families!! We were in town for the Spartan race and brought our children. No lock to the OUTSIDE doors, anyone could walk in. The air was broken, room lock broken, the hair dryer stopped working mid-use. Questionable location. Even the trim was peeling away from the wall in our room. We were also charged a peak rate for Friday. The room wasn't worth $10 let alone $100. Never been so angry with Orbitz. Staff tasked with answer phone for another hotel as well. No fridge, coffee maker still had grounds from prior guest. All around awful.

Window wouldn't completely closed. Out side temp was 18 degree. Cold air rushed in between the gap. Wood stick wedges between the window to keep away from the intruders.

We spent the night at this hotel since it was close to my Daughter White Coat Ceremony. The place was ok, but a little dated. The landscaping could be improved, trash and vines everywhere.

This is a great hotel for the price. Their customer service is awesome!

Definitely worth the money. It was quiet (but it also happened to be in the middle of a snowstorm), which is what I needed to prepare for my interview. Furthermore, the staff was very polite and friendly. I'm not sure if and when I will return to Worcester, but I would definitely return to this hotel if I need a find a place for short-term stay.

We requested a refund before our bags hit the floor in our room. Damp, musty, dirty...very dirty, and poorly designed. TV was so far away not sure remote would have worked. But the room is the issue. UGH! On the bright side...staff was excellent and management was willing to work with us on a refund.

close to downtown, very friendly staff, very clean

Stayed one night! Going back for a whole weekend! Staff member were the sweetest ! My reservation was on time and love to be called by my name! Room was perfect... So sad we had lo leave!

Wonderful Staff. Arrived late evening 2/13/14 and the night desk manager couldn't have been nicer. Very helpful. Also, I lost a ring while at the front desk without knowing. He came & knocked on my door to ask if I had lost it & returned it to me. Talk about honesty. I hope the the Quality Inn takes good care of their staff. Also, the lovely woman keeping the continental breakfast area clean was so nice I tipped her. I think the hotel should put a polite sign, "Gratuity Accepted" as they deserve it. I tipped her. The continental breakfast was a wonderful & apprewciated treat. Thank you Quality Inn.

It was a very nice experience your employees were ALL wonderful especially the 2 front desk people

The room price was more than double what it should have been. Noises all night. Worn furniture and chacked doors. No way would I recommend this for business.

The bathroom was not clean, the room smelled, there was not a clock in the room. The bed was okay. We were put into a room in a wing all by ourselves, which I found unusual. I am handicapped and the only two entrances available to us was either two flights of stairs or a long walk - we choice the walk. It also is located in a rough area of town. I would not stay there again.

Its worth for the money. Nice place to stay especially if you are working in Worcester!

I spent the weekend in Worcester for a family function along with my wife and needed to rest away from the children and the rest of the family. The location was ideal and most of the services were good including the check-in staff and the morning breakfast. I turned on my laptop and found out I needed a password to log in to the wireless service. I tried to call front desk and the phone had no dial tone. Was too tired to come down to the Lobby therefore was out of service the whole night, which sucked! I confronted the staff in the morning before I learned that we needed an ethernet cable and had to maneuver the phone in a certain way before we could call.

The air conditioner filters were extremely dirty. The looked like they were never changed. I cleaned them in the sink.

Drove up to the hotel and already realized that this was a place that I would not feel safe staying in. There were people hanging outside of the room, dark area surrounding the hotel and just an all around frightning experience.

well i have to say the only part of this hotel that was promising was the size of the beds (queen) most other places ive stayed only offered double and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in our time of need :)

Dear Lainie, On behalf of the entire hotel, I would like to sincerely apologize for the condition of your room during your recent stay. I have shared your feedback with our Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments to make the necessary improvements throughout the hotel.
