First time staying at Quality Suites and didn’t know what I expect. We had our baby with us and the room was perfect and situated in a good location away from other noises etc. we would definitely stay there again!

There was no shower door and the bathroom practically flooded when you had a shower. The air-conditioning didn't work and the room was so hot and stuffy. The noise on the road outside my room was very loud and woke me up several times. The tv was the size of a laptop screen and the carpet felt dirty and old underfoot. The bed was clean and comfortbale and the doona and pillows were nice.

Fire alarm going off at 1.45am was a bit scary. The rooms are spacious and bed was soft and comfy but lounge has seen better days and hard for older people to get up from. I would stay there again
