Very large livable rooms that made the poor communication acceptable. First, the online reservation indicated the property was located on the bank of the river a short walk from Noah’s Arc. But in reality, the property was 6 miles away. Also, they advertise the office is open until 9 pm but was closed when we arrived at 8:45 pm. The office should have been open when we checked out but again was closed. The highlighted instructions of where to enter the condo property was poorly done and since the property is a maze of hallways and poorly labeled signs it took us 15X longer to check in and get our bags into the room compared to a hotel. The hot tub also didn’t work as the jets did not come on. The person we spoke to on the phone, at least helped us a lot. I was disappointed by the lack of organization, poor communication and directions, broken hot tub and misleading on line advertisement indicating the wrong location of the property. I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone going there in the future.

We failed to realize that waterpark tickets were not included in this rental. For the amount of money we paid for renting two 3-bedroom condos, I his was significantly disappointing. Be prepared to pay $54 a person, a day to access the waterpark. The condos were subpar. There was paint chipping on the walls throughout the condo. We had no extra toilet paper in the rooms and both of the refrigerators were leaking water from the freezer. The coffee pots are only 4 cup (for a 3 bedroom condo??) and one didn’t even work. The toilet in one of the bathrooms ran constantly. Some of the dishes we removed from the cabinets were dirty (likely washed in the dishwasher). If you need any assistance, you’ll have to communicate with the office which is offsite about 15 minutes. We were less than impressed with our stay and do not plan on returning.

The property was beautiful the rooms were very spacious and perfect for a small family, But our Room was not clean we were told that we would have access to swimming pools and water park we were not allowed access to either of those, I called to try to rectify the situation no one would cotton call me back that was a week ago I still have not received a call back.

I liked that the room had a stove and dishes/pots and pans that was great! I did not like that the bathroom light was burnt out couldn’t go to the bathroom without leaving the door wide open :( Also there was a lot of hair on the pillow cases like someone who cleaned was shedding hair or someone didn’t wash everything properly either way NOT ok. Also the bottom drawer was broken on the dresser and the toilet ran needs to be looked at.

Very spacious and clean. We’re surprised that there’s a jacuzzi in the unit as well. Great value for money.

After booking, found out this propety was not a 5 minute walk to Noah's Ark, but 15 minute drive. Trouble getting naps in with 2 toddlers. Did e joy the Noah's Ark tickets included with package. When we arrived at property, difficulty finding building. Should have buildings labeled. Very few luggage carts on arrival and checking out. Multiple trips to carry everything in and out.

It was worth every penny!. Will definitely stay her again

I booked this because I recognized that the property was at Chula Vista and figured we would have water park passes to Chula’s waterparks but was disappointed to learn that this property manager included Noah’s Ark passes only. That’s great, but having the option would be an improvement.

Well i can honestly say worst birthday ever..when i arrived i couldn't get into my condo because I was given the wrong code so i was locked out for about 2 hours and had trouble getting in touch with the owner but once i got in to my condo the toilet did not flush at all i had put water in it to make it go down also my all three beds did not have clean linens i called it in and Housekeeping only changed the main room and not the other i asked her to come back and she said she would but never returned..the hot tub still had hair inside of it as well so she sprayed into it stood in it and wiped it off and said she was done..

We had a three bedroom condo that had a very nice layout. Lots of room, clean and comfortable. But we had problems. In one of the bedrooms we couldn’t get the temperature below 75 degrees. It was very hot in that room and we couldn’t get the thermostat to work. There was no information in the room about services. Front desk was not very helpful. Tried to order room service and had to go to the front desk for a photocopied menu. Took a half hour to get someone to answer the phone. Finally ordered and charged to our room. Got a note the next day saying we needed to walk over to another building to pay because they could not properly charge to our room. We had given a card for incidentals and that didn’t seem to work. Booking was deceptive. Had to go to one office to check in that was about 7 miles away from the actual location. We booked this based upon the map and on the map it showed a location very close to where we planned to go out for the night. Ended up way out in the woods instead. Cost $70 in Uber fees to get to town and back. Should have cost about $20. Nice room but not where we were expecting to stay.

We rented a 3 bedroom condo for a weekend getaway. It was huge!! Having the kitchen was a huge bonus too. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils, even paper towels were provided for! There are 3 bathrooms as well, and each bathroom was well stocked with towels and necessities. The only downfall with this place is that it is quite dark. The paint color is a burnt orange all around and there were dark furniture throughout. We turned on all the lights and that helped a bit. Overall, we had an amazing stay! Planning on coming back in the summer time!
