The birch colony is great! It’s like its own apt! I like that it’s super convenient and not bothering others much! It’s also very close to Walmart!

Property was very nice and apartments were nice. The only issue I had was our apartment didn’t have a nice smell to it, the bed and couch had a terrible smell, there was a spider and ants when we arrived an and the bedroom was extremely hot due to only one air conditioning unit in the living room and the fan only had one speed.

The room had a beautiful view! However, the couch reeked of cigarette smoke. They came and cleaned it and ran an ozone machine in the rooom, but the smell never really went completely away. The staff was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay and would come back again. Our condo was clean and had everything thing we needed to prepare meals. Only one complaint is the mattress in the pull out sofa was very thin and springs jabbing into back. It needs to be replaced. The pool area was great and close to our condo. Can't wait to come back for our next stay!

This Place is Awesome! I’m a seasoned traveler and our unit was one of the cleanest, most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. Stayed here with my elderly father and the bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable for us both. Ken and Joyce are wonderful, super kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

It was a very clean place and nice! I would have given it an excellent star rating had it not been the noise from the party that was going on next to us. There were a lot of people there who took up a lot of parking spaces. Children kept running and hiding under our patio furniture. The people were extremely throughout the whole night and morning. Hearing children running up and down the stairs and stomping on the floor. I thought would it ever stop even after 1am in the morning. The fireworks they did after 1am was the icing on the cake.
