We had to stop during our road trip and spend the night before heading on the road again to continue our trip. The check in was fine. Once we got to the room, the room was not cleaned. The bathroom was dirty in urine and hair all over. After we called date front desk, we were told that they don’t have another room in the same building and had to move to a different building. In order to do that we had to load our stuff in the car, get my kids including an infant, and drive there . The buildings of this property are all over the city. It’s very inconvenient to check in and have to load all your stuff in the car and drive to another location in the middle of the night. Customer service was terrible. The lady had the worst attitude over the phone. She would not listen to what I have to say, instead she raised her voice to talk over me as if it was my fault for requesting a clean room or for someone to come and clean it. Eventually we had no choice and moved to another building. Based on what they said that was an upgrade. The room was exactly the same. The building itself had to make a difference apparently. We finally checked in to the clean room at almost 2 am. I was told to call in the morning and talk to a manager. The manager told me he could give me 10% off our next visit. We are not coming back to this place ever again. A clean room should be standard practice. No one should feel terrible for wanting a clean room.

Water was cold, poolroom temperature was colder yet, and the locker availability sucked. Kids were in hot tubs where they weren’t supposed to be. Poor management.

The room numbers, level numbers, and building numbers are completely wrong. They told us our room was in Building 10 B and that is was on the 2nd floor. The room numbers are not fully in numerical order. Our room should’ve been in the middle and it was all the way at the end in the 50s, but we had a 30s number.l, it was also in 10 D. Also the 2nd floor isn’t really a 2nd floor, it’s 1st floor when you first walk in the building. I looked for 30 minutes before calling

The bed, pillows, and even blankets are hard as a rock. Plus side, no bed bugs in our rooms. It did smell weird in the halls almost like something died. Tv was tiny, The heat didn’t work so we had to call maintenance, the indoor water park is disgusting… floors felt slimy and gross, lazy river was not comfortable temp wise or anything, all the tubes barely had air in them, you have to wait in line to use the one hot tub and you’re timed. The other one was too full also. My bfs son rode on a slide the first day no problem multiple times, and then the next day they wouldn’t allow him due to his height. Not sure if the first few people just didn’t pay attention or whaaat but he was disappointed in that, which sucked to see. We took him for his birthday as we use to come as kids all the time and had fun, but things have gone so down hill indoor water park and rooms wise, it’s sad to see. All of the staff were great but we will not be returning to this “resort” anytime soon unfortunately. Save yourself and just go to Florida.

No room service for cleaning, I paid double the late checkout fee to still get lacked out of my room at 10 AM when I paid until 1 PM. Children running and screaming the floor above us and security did nothing but tell us that they can’t do anything because it’s a birthday party.
