Room smelled, bed was broke, sheets were soiled, toilet wouldn't flush and when it did it wouldn't quit running until you jiggled the handle, jacuzzi was not hot and jets were broke, no maid service for the two days we stayed, windows didn't lock, front desk was unattended and locked up most of our stay!

I wish the pool would be open till 11pm, otherwise it is okay.

It was nice and relaxing. A good hotel for families.

We got to the room, and the sheets were wet, the doors didn't fit in the frames, and there was black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The staff who had been helpful before we brought up the problems, didn't want to talk to us anymore and didn't give us our money back. The room was so bad that we couldn't stay there that night. Save your money and go elsewhere, please.

Upon first arriving at the hotel, we were like what did we get ourselves into? The exterior is not much to look at. The room appeared to be freshly remodeled, and we had a fabulous whirlpool in our room! The room itself was quite comfy, had everything we needed. The real hidden treasure is the amazing salt water pool! We could have spent our whole stay in there! Very nice. For the price, you can't beat it! The downside is that the front desk closes down at 11:00 p.m. so you couldn't check in later in the evening or get extra towels or anything after that.

filthy floors , broken beds , bathroom was full of dirt , tub looked like it had mold in it. staff left for the day shortly after we got there so we had to wait til the next day to leave. when we told the owner why , he didn't bat a eye about it. he didn't care at all. wouldn't go back on a dare

My husband thought he was getting a great deal when he booked this place online because it was a 4/5 stars rating and gosh was he wrong! the room is not updated, keys are still used to get into the rooms, the Jacuzzi was horrible because it will squirt water across the room when you want it to bubble and yes was filled with water (so we decided to not even use it) the bathroom looked like it was a result from a fight in a movie. we can hear our neighbor mumble all night so we had our tv on all night just to mask the voices (which its not our norm) We both had horrible sleep. Next time we are going with a place that has a good reputation. Don't trust them ratings.

This is our third time staying at the hotel, one thing I would like to see is wi-fi in each room, it's not a deterrent to prevent us from coming back, but sometimes, mommy and daddy want to watch something other than what is being broadcast over the air.

Very unfriendly front desk staff. Our room was WET--the floors/table tops--and smelled of mold. We were told they had cleaned the carpets a few days ago, but everything was wet. The hairdryer did not work and a few light bulbs were burnt out. That being said it is right on Wisconsin Dells parkway and for the price, we overlooked how bad this place really was. It was a girls' weekend that we went for though, so we hardly spent any time in the room. I would never let my child stay here, however, because of the horrible moldy smell.

Provider overbooked the hotel, so my colleague and I were upgraded to what appeared to be a frigid room specifically engineered to romantically entangled couples - of which we were not. In reference to the frigidity all switches were reverse - hot was cold, cold was less cold. The heart shaped hot tub - once again, not used by two platonic colleagues - was visibly disgusting.

This hotel was disgusting! 2 minutes into the room I had to call, because the bathroom was not cleaned from the previous guest. Then they needed to come back up b/c I pulled the sheets down and the sheets were dirty. I was completely grossed out. There were no apologies and no rush to correct the wrong. Stay away from this MOTEL. Yuck! Gross!

This place is a dump. Plain and simple. This was a one night stay while visiting the Dells. I did not feel safe or clean. The walls are paper thin and there is nothing quiet, you may as well share the room with the strangers next door since you can practically participate in their conversations. Mattresses purchased in 1965 and never replaced! YUCK! Pay the extra $20 and stay someplace nicer.

Good place to sleep, however they do not have wifi and you can practically hear the people next door

It was awsome very flexible staff wanted our needs to be done ASAP rooms were very clean n it was just great..

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and around jets in the hot tub. There was a hole in the bathroom door and pieces broken out of the hot tub. The sheets on the bed were marked "Queen" and so on a King bed, they would not stay tucked. There was a hole in the bottom sheet.

This is a 1 star motel. Not a hotel. I booked a room for few day get away with some friends and I am so embarrassed. This place is a bad stay: -Old uncomfortable mattresses -Cheap, stained, ripped, old towels, bed sheets and covers. -Flat, small and hard pillows. -Stained and dirty carpeting. -Heating/Cooling filters clogged. -No shower liner, just a curtin so the water ran onto the floor. -Dirty hallways and hand railings. -HBO not working -WiFi doesn't work -Missing light bulbs in the bathroom, bad lighting -No outside lighting, (I felt unsafe). -Rear entrance has no sidewalk. The only thing good about this place is the location and indoor pool.

chose this hotel because it was within walking distance. We had a suite which had plenty of bedding for 6. It is outdated, but for the location and price, it did the job. Don't expect things delivered to your room like in some other hotels, and stairs need a paint job, decor 80's, so expect that. No coffee carafe and no dishes for kitchenette, so it's pretty basic, but the amount of space was decent for a group. It's strangeness made it memorable for us, ie heart shaped whirlpool tub.

nice staffing. very clean room. very good parking space.

At night I wouldn't plan on leaving the room because there is some creeps outside the hotel that stay here. I almost think it is the roomkeepers and maintenance people. The indoor pool is very chlorine and my bathtub was very dirty. I was almost afraid to take my socks off. They did however have half price tickets to the water park which was nice. Overall id stay here again if I desperately needed a cheap place to stay.

My husband booked this hotel based on their website - listed as a 4 star hotel. I would rate this hotel a 1 at the highest! It is like one of those rent by the hour hotels. Our room number was 41 - most of the rooms were outdoor entry, but you had to go through a blue unmarked door, a dark hallway, than another blue unmarked door to even find the room. Once we did, we went in and the room smelled!!! It was very dark and dingy - and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. With this one- you truly get what you pay for - CHEAP and DIRTY!
