We had someone yelling outside of our door all night, couldn't sleep, was scary because he was angry. There was no ceiling cover over the light so we could see in the ceiling, lots of mold to look at. They did let us switch hotels but yes we had to pay the difference. You get what you pay for, don't be like me and go cheap to start. Glad we were able to leave.

This property is very worn out and unclean. There are a lot of repairs that need to be made and a lot of details that were left behind. The lack of a lock was one that really bothered us as a family.

The “natural lagoon” was full of algae and fish. The log mini home was the size of a closet and a step below knock-off glamping. Needs a deep-scrubbing. Loft had crumbs and wall behind toilet had feces-splatter. The toilet was disgusting, to the point we preferred to use public restrooms before coming back to our cabin. I only rented this option to have our own bathroom but felt duped by the facilities. Got clean towels on the last day which was too late.

When we arrived to our room, there was a ball of hair in the tub. There was also a used plastic knife by the microwave. Staff took care of it immediately.

The pool was clean and the hot tub was ok. As for the room it wasnt horrible, I mean it didnt look dirty. But there was a smell that took some work to get out. They say they have a washer and dryer. No dryer, a spot for one but was not there. They did have a dryer in the 2nd building but after 3 hours clothes still wet. Was suppose to get a treehouse, they put us in a crappy room. Tried to fix it but nobody spoke english.

Overall, felt that the pictures were not the most accurate representation. Stayed in the main building and felt that it was quite loud- heard other guests in the hotel. Air conditioning unit was ridiculously loud and would turn off and on every few minutes. Very disappointed that the outdoor swimming area right on site closed at 5pm. One thing I did like was that the keys were connected to our wrist band.
