Perfect downtown Winter Park location for this family friendly townhome with private indoor hot tub. A choice of restaurants, the Grand Park Rec Center, the Foundry movie theatre and bowling, as well as a variety of shopping is within walking distance from this unit. Kings Crossing 12 welcomes you with the unloading zone at the entry with plenty of places to store coats and boots. The indoor hot tub is accessible from the front door to help round out the adventures of the day. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king-sized bed plus en-suite bathroom. This room offers TV and access to the indoor hot tub. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a double bunk bed with access to a full bathroom in the hallway. A stacked washer dryer is located on the ground floor. The main living is on the second level. Beautiful pine-paneled vaulted ceilings greet you with lots of natural light from the sunroom and sky light. This open floorplan features a great place to gather with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living room area. The room has a large moss-rock wood burning fireplace, TV. The sofa sleeper pulls out to a king-size bed, allowing this town home to sleep 8. The third bedroom on the second floor has a queen-sized bed with access to the full bathroom across the hall on this level. No air conditioning. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced.
