Not recommended for more than 2 families. Needs some upgrades including a new coach, coffee table, bed linens, and pillows. To get to the hot tub, you either need to go through a bedroom or go around the side of the house; there was so much snow on the cover, we couldn't open it all the way (we did shovel around it on our own). Although it wasn't the nicest townhouse in the area, it was fine and VERY close to the winter park shuttle.

great place for group/family w/ awesome location

The unit was very well appointed. Plenty of space for everyone. great location right across from park. Only issue was had difficulty getting information back when inquiring about item left behind. Couldn't get anyone to look for it or let us know if it had been found. Otherwise a great place. Unfortunate that we couldn't seem to get help after we left an important item behind accidentally

Great location, super nice and clean place. We had only a few minor issues not worth sharing in a public forum.Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect ski escape

Loved this place! In a great location on the red bus stop for easy access to Winter Park. Easy drive to the Snow Mountain Ranch Nordic center too! Plenty of space and a nice hot tub for all the time in between!
