We are non smokers. Cigarette smoke from condo below was so strong, we could not open balcony door or our windows.

This isn't really a hotel, but a resort with groups of lovely condos, some of which are rented out as hotel rooms (bedroom and a bathroom), or as suites ( one or two bedroom apartments with kitchens, family rooms, fireplaces and terraces. There is a clubhouse with swimming pool, hot tubs, showers, laundry facilities, and free dvds and games. It is set among woods and trails, and yet it is only two blocks from town, with many choices for shopping, restaurants and recreation. There are also free busses from the resort to the ski slopes and to the larger neighboring town of Frasier, so this is a great location in all 4 seasons. I've stayed here many times and love it.

Great comfortable apartment (1bedroom with kitchen, dining, living area and separate bedroom/bath. Was able to eat dinner inside a few nights and experience great restaurants in town. Recommend Deno's, but make reservations.

These condos were perfect. Great location, fully equipped, beautiful setting, ski resort shuttle very convenient. We rented a one bedroom condo and it was just right, everything worked and the fireplace was a bonus. Also, the lobby had a heated swimming pool and 3 small hot tubs. Even though our condo had a kitchen we still went out to eat for dinners and found many outstanding restaurants in the the town of winter park. Staff was very friendly and check out/ in was easy.

The condo we rented was wonderful. It was fully stocked with all that we needed and was clean and cozy. It was a little ways from the lifts at Winter's Park but there was a free shuttle bus. The only glitch was that the shuttle bus only ran once an hour in November. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to be close to slopes. Nothing fancy but clean and affordable and on shuttle route

Very roomy, staff was super friendly, quiet environment probably because we went during the off season but I would definitely stay there again

We spent three nights. We were very satisfied with condo. Nice views, good location . Overall it was a very good deal. We would consider going back to the same place.

Had lots of fun! Only thing to complain about was the hot tub/pool, too many people there.

nice area place was ok. Needs updating. Was great price for area so can't complain

The only problem was the quality of the matress. Very hard! This probably verys from room to room. Just our bed in particular . But, everything else was super clean and comfortable. I would stay again maybe request a different room. The Condo was very quiet and we had high school age kids all around us.

Upon arrival we were very excited to start our vacation. We walked into the condo it was spacious however very dated (70's decor). The condo was in a great location if you want to be away from the Resort and close to downtown. Our bad experience came from the staff (HOA) in particular, unprofessional and ruined our vacation. We love Winter Park but will NOT return to the Beaver Village Condos.

May be the only condos available in Winter Park for fewer than three days. The location is convenient to the Winter Park/Mary Jane and you can take either the Winter Park bus system or the condo's bus to get to the slopes. For families with young kids there is a pool at the main office. There are also three hot tubs next to the pool that could use a bit of extra cleaning but aren't terrible. If you enjoy a cold beer while relaxing in the hot tub, you'll need to pick a different place - absolutely no beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) near the hot tubs. We had about six inches of new snow at night. The resort had all the parking lots and roads cleared by the time we got out of bed. Just be careful because the condos are built up a hill from the highway. Some cars were unable to get up to the condos because of the ice on the road. They just spun their tires. Also, the resort exits directly onto the highway and with ice you can slide right into traffic. One more great feature in the condos - heated tile floors in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Didn't have a lot of time at the condo but it was clean and convertible. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed two nights in January while taking a brief break from working in Denver. Spent most of the time skiing and really only stayed in the place after the lifts closed. Was warm and comfortable and my only real gripe is that the management people didn't really seem to know much about the individual condos - getting the gas fire fixed appeared to be quite a nuisance for them and the operation of the TV/DVD etc was well beyond them. Still, decent value for the price.

we,ve stayed here before and still think it,s the best

Very sorry to hear about this smoke odor. We have a strict no-smoking policy, I do hope you let our staff know about this during your stay so they could determine who was the cause of the smoke
