It is located just minutes from downtown Winter Park and approximately 3 miles from the Winter Park Resort. The free lift shuttle bus service stops in front of the complex for easy access to ski area and downtown.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is 950 square feet and has 3 private decks. It has an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout and the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
The living room has a gas fireplace, DVD player and 50” flat screen HDTV that can be enjoyed from the large sectional couch. Sliding glass doors lead to the private deck with BBQ grill and beautiful views of the Winter Park Resort. The open floor plan consists of a living room and dining room with dining table large enough to accommodate six. No air conditioning.
The master bedroom is large and has a queen bed and private deck and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is great for the kids - a captain's bunk bed, private deck and access to the hallway bathroom. There is a brand new shared outdoor hot tub in the complex with great mountain views and free parking at the complex.
Additional amenities in unit include a pack and play and all toiletries and linens provided.

All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
