Sleep Inn

Nice staff, the room was a little smaller for a queen size bed,but everything was cleaned with plenty of cleaning supplies. The standout was the television-lots of channels and brand new,it seemed. Check out clerk was excellent and efficient along with having more on their continental breakfasts than most Sleep Inn's. Two small things,One could be controlled, one not. The power went out overnight,so wasn't sure what time it really was. My room kept having a clicking or bumping sound from something,so if a light sleeper-you might have been bothered. We were driving home from Myrtle Beach and needed to stop off. The hotel is very clean and very updated. We checked in later at night and checked out in the early morning. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had. They had bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles and so much more. The only thing I didn't care for was the bathroom in the room was a pocket door that couldn't be locked and the pillows are very small. Other than those two things I feel this was a very nice place to stay.

I was in this facility for almost a week. Check in was a prompt and very thorough experience. All the paperwork was already taken care of. Three signatures and I was on my way to my room. My room was clean and nice. The breakfast bar is very good along with any other breakfast items you would need. Service staff look very professional and do a thorough job.

We stopped on our way down to vacation. The hotel looks great on the outside, the lobby is nice and the rooms are nicely decorated. The rooms are smaller if you choose a queen size bed and the bathroom is very small with what I can only describe as a pod shower. The room was clean. And the hotel was in a great area with tons of restaurants near by. We would definitely stay here again. I thought the room was good for the price.

Our family spent one night on our way to the beach. Hotel was average, beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have used some updating, the toilet was dripping water, and door handle was broken. Only two floors, but there was no elevator. Breakfast was good, better than expected. Housekeeping left an gallon of milk in the fridge from prior guest. Would stay again, but would ask for room closer to breakfast area.

The only downside to this property was the size of our room, it's pretty small, a queen bed, and a single business-type chair at the desk are the only furnishings, well, there are also night stands and closet. It was comfortable enough but it quickly became cramped for us after the second day. I could not imagine having kids share the room. No pets are allowed. The room was equipped with a fridge and small microwave, a walk-in shower but no tub. A separate vanity and sink was a plus. The TV programming was above average with several HBO selections. The WI-FI seemed to work well enough and there is a good 4G signal. Everything was clean and well maintained.Front desk personnel were friendly and professional. We had to extend our stay, and that was handled quickly with no issues. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. If you forgot your laptop charger like I did, there is a nice Dell system in the lobby equipped with Windows 7 Professional and Office Suite. Being in the lobby there is no privacy. Breakfast was the usual continental style, well stocked, with waffle machine but no bacon! There is no elevator to the second floor, I would recommend a room on the first floor close to the lobby. High-numbered rooms may provide you quite a hike to the lobby and breakfast

Mattress was so hard I could not get any sleep. Purchased a foam cover for the mattress the next morning, but still didn't help. Limited selection of continental breakfast items. Overall, I would have been better to have slept in my pickup truck.

Quick and friendly check-in. Clean and neat lobby area. Room was adequate - not as much floor space as some hotels, but enough. All the amenities expected were provided. Enclosed shower, but no tub. Comfortable and "cozy."

The room was clean. Do not expect a tub to relax in after a long day. Our room had a shower only. The night desk clerk needs a refresher in customer service. The TV was not functioning properly and she seemed so irritated to have to come to the room to check it. No smile, no hello -- just attitude. The morning breakfast was average.

First I want to say that I would never have stayed at this hotel on my own. This hotel was booked for me by the company that I was traveling for. This hotel is more like a motor lodge than a hotel. There is no fitness facility, and there is no where in the immediate area to even take a run. There were several contractors that were staying there, which was fine, however, with them came mud and dirt, not only throughout the parking lot that I then had to drive through, but also in the hallways. One day there were several contractors that were in the parking lot apparently smoking marijuana and then came into the hotel. The final straw for me was the roach that I had to kill that was crawling on the wall.
