The hallway banister had dust on them, cob webs behind the toilet and floor way dirty by the pool, garbages in common areas packed full. $3.50 per can a pop while pop machine is out of order. For one of the most expensive motels in town i expected more. HOLIDAY EXPESS IS A BETTER VALUE.

The room is amazing! It is very clean and very spacious. The bathroom is large as well abd well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body Wash attached to a pumping system on the shower wall. There's also lotion and a bar of soap to Wash your face or hands with. A huge closet and refrigerator to keep your drinks and food cool. A microwave and the cooling and heating system works real well, it isn't loud and it doesn't give off a funny smell. The hotel staff so far since I checked in are very friendly. Its hotel is more higher end than some of those cheaper places. Its worth the money. My only complaint was that the continental breakfast wasn't very stocked with enough options, and they probably could add more breakfast options that are more appetizing.

Overall stay went well. Restaurant service once again very slow at the Grille. Even family said you were right - it’s slow like you predicted. 4th floor ice machine broken. Room was very nice and service to grant our upgrade to a family suite for more room for kiddos was well received and accommodated. Good and responsive service. When visiting family in Winona - you are the go to place. Thanks.
