They need to keep the weddings in line more. Didn’t expect a February wedding, but also didn’t expect people to be sprinting and shouting down the halls past midnight, at one point there was a large group yelling in the lobby, blocking the elevator. When I take an elevator at a hotel I paid to stay at, it would be nice when the door opens there aren’t 30 drunk people taking photos 6” from the door forcing me to go back up and take the stairs.

Check in lady was great. Helpful and polite. Restaurant on site was horribly under staffed and the main waitress was rude and slow. Took well over an hour to get our food and this place is small. No excuse for such poor service. The night desk lady was also rude. Tried to kick everyone out of the pool area an hour early. "You have 5 minutes to get out". She should not be the service industry! Rooms are outdated, but clean enough. Beds are not comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again, not for the $$$ that was paid.

I had a mini suite and my daughter and granddaughter visited; we utilized the microwave to heat up food we made. The sink and counter worked out well.The seating area with couch and tables were just what we needed. I also had a Happy Hour at the Bruski Grill inside the Inn - extremely convenient.

Everything about my stay was great. I interacted with two front desk personnel and the breakfast attendant, all very good at their jobs. The room was nice, and the breakfast bar was very large and good. I was there for a convention, and that space was well done as well. I encouraged the event coordinator to use this space again. I will stay again.
