Hotel is under construction. So the pool was closed. Room was not ready for check in at 3:00 PM. There wasn't an option available to leave my back at the desk. I was told there was no other rooms available either. So the only option offered was to sit and wait. After agreeing to let me leave my bag in my room, I come back at 11:00 PM and the room is still not ready. There were 2 queen beds, one was completely stripped with its comforter and a sheet tossed in the corner that the cleaning staff must have never came back to. Pillows did not have pillow cases. The light in the bathroom was hanging down from the ceiling and the toilet seat was broken. The refrigerator was making very loud noises. So the only way to get rest was to unplug it. Even the complementary water in the hallway was just an empty jug. So this place was lacking on ALL fronts.
The room was clean and comfortable however the motel was being renovated and that information was not disclosed to us by Orbitz until after we had reserved and paid for the room. The breakfast was minimal, the pool was closed, the hallways were torn up and it was obviously a construction area. Since it was only one night, this was not a major problem for us, but Orbitz should have disclosed this information prior to booking or offered a cancellation when it was disclosed. The staff were helpful and I am sure it will be nice once the renovations are completed.

This property is under construction. They don't tell you until about to book My husband did like the breakfast. You will be disappointed at the appearance. Their cost should like be less. The room was a bit better for cleanliness but I did do extra cleaning due to Covid.

The staff at check in were friendly but this is a pet-friendly hotel and that should have sent up a red flag! It smells like a dog pound. Reeks of urine in every room! So bad it burns my nose. It smells like an old- fashioned diaper pail that should have been emptied last week. We will all be sick tonight.... all 14 rooms.
Couch had stains all over it “so bad family wouldn't sit on it “ door in bathroom wouldn’t clear toilet, so had to force door open, for the price for the room would expect a lot better quality. Will not be staying there again.
When the first room I checked into seemed clean until I rounded the bed only to see flakes of skin on the floor. It looked like someone had pulled it off their fingers. So the room obviously wasn't vacuumed. I told the staff and they immediately have me another room. The second room smelled awful, but due to me being tired from driving all day I just sucked it up. They were 2 for 2 so I didn't see a "3rds time a charm" coming from this place. The only bonus was that breakfast was great and all the staff was more than helpful and kind. Oh, the bed was comfortable and my bathroom was clean.
The room was very nice and cozy, I had a suite, I was very pleased. The room was a bit out dated but clean. All in all everything was decent.

Went here for pool. It was great. We had pool to our selves 2 days. The kids loved it. We will be back.
Booked online. Called the day before just to confirm reservation and late check in. No problem with any of that. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was OK as selections were slim. Overall good overnight stay for the family and close to interstate.
Checking was fast and efficient. This was a suite hotel before Comfort bought it. Very nice rooms, breakfast area and selections were good. Had healthy breakfast choices. Workout room is very basic. Good location for after an Ole Miss game if your heading South from Grenada.
This was a nice place to stay. Have no complaints as it is very nicely remodeled.

I'm apologize for all the issues that you had during your stay at the hotel. Hotel is under renovations in the lobby, breakfast area. I have forwarded the issue to the housekeeping manager about the room issues. It all will be resolved. The other issues will all be fixed. We hope to see you again in the near future.
