Good place for an overnight stay. Did not use any of amenities but overall was good for the price. Easy access and good parking.
On October 3/2017 my frd n I stayed at this hotel on this day the front desk worker a female gave the thief my card key to gain access to the room. I'm sure the front desk worker is in on this. You can clearly see the worker on video give the card key to him. when I checked in I had to show my Id's and this worker didn't even ask the thief for his id's. The owner knew that she was at fault she the owner made it sound like she was gonna help us out and reimburse us even for the nights that we stayed there. I lost a IPad air worth 800.00 2 necklaces @ 30.00 ea. Smokes and tobacco and cash. My frd lost 2 brand new shirt's and food that she bought the night before. This is not a good place to stay you will get robbed ,if you need to stay in a hotel I recommend that you stay somewhere else. Please avoid this place if you don't wanna get robbed.
From the army of bed bugs that bit me in the middle of the night to the prison like atmosphere in the hallways to the frat house like atmosphere of the room the only thing missing on my pillow before bed wasn't a chocolate but a complimentary crack pipe. Do yourself a favor. NEVER STAY HERE. I left at 3am and walked to the airport in the dead cold of night just to sleep somewhere safe and free of bed bugs. NO THANKS
There was long black hair left behind the the shower. The pool opens at 10 they start cleaning it for 3 hours at 11. The lunch Buffet was not a Buffet, 2 meat, 2veg and a lame lettuce area, ya I said lettuce area cuz I would not call what they offered a salad. They are happy to show on the wall they have not earned a hospitality award in 8 years.
The owners daughter needs to take anger management and anti bullying classes. She yells at customers and belittles staff in front of customers. This is no way to treat people. If staff was allowed to do as they are asked not being micromanaged there would be less staff turnover.
Have you ever wanted to see what living in a prison was like? well look no further. The hallways and guests here will make that all possible. From pubic hair in your bed to the dimly lit concrete block hallways and moldy smells it's a hotel paradise. You could film an episode of the show Intervention here because I'm sure many of the guests have been on it. I stayed here because I didn't want to sleep at the airport now I'm thinking the airport would have been a better choice.
Stayed there two nights and would never stay there again. My cancer pain medication was stolen along with body oils which I use to help control pain. Don't leave anything in your room; better yet don't stay there unless you want your belongings stolen.
So this place was ok....a bit shady. In a rougher part of town hallways were super dark and dingy. Room was very clean. Not a terrible place to stay if you're passing through, but not worth $100+ for the night. Staff were courteous. It did have a "water park" which looked pretty decent. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to use it.
Witnessed drug deal by backdoor Kids screaming and knocking on doors late at night. Desk clerk came and talked to them and after that adults were loud. Clothes and garbage in hallway.
I was only disappointed that I had asked for a room with access to the parking lot and then find out after multiple stays that this is never possible as those rooms are for medical visits. I was hit in they elbow with the steel door trying to get my double stroller in multiple times and was not happy with that but the room was a good size, the location fit my needs.
