*BED BUG surprise. Not pleasant to find crawling the sheets. We were not able to be accommodated elsewhere. Staff friendly, but otherwise choose elsewhere. Parking was very limited, especially if you have a trailer. The bar venue next door had the lot and surrounding streets full. Breakfast provided okay.

The staff has been trained to lie to customers. There is a vibration in the building that goes 100% of the time. They staff are trained to tell you it's dryer and policy is to shut off in the afternoon, so you stay and not cancel. They walls vibrate they then vibrate the pictures etc.

Beautiful place but it can get scary at night due to the liquor store/bar near the entrance of the hotel. We were seeing people argue, yell and fight from our window lol but other than that, we had a good stay, staff were helpful and respectful, and the hotel room has everything you’d need

The room was very reasonably priced and the location was excellent. Being right off of Portage and close to the Perimeter Highway it was easy to find. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is nice. The breakfast was very good (4 options that they prepare for you...and will even bring to your room). The price reflects the facility. We were in the little annex building. It is noisy. There is a lack of attention to detail. For example, patched or poorly hung wallpaper and horrible caulking in the tub. However, despite the shortcomings, for the price, this is an okay deal.
