Thanks for accommodating our dogs. Great selection of TV channels. The only negative was some other patron coming home at 3 am and yelling outside, which woke up our dogs. They continued slamming doors and what sounded like them throwing things against our wall.

We stopped in as a layover for the evening. The room we got was dirty (carpets stained, holes in walls/paintings, shower tiles cracked, etc), Norman Bates would have been scared! The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. It was very loud with a person racing up and down the street with a loud exhaust (sounded like they were doing a drive thru!). We didn't get much sleep due to the noise. The coffee in the front office was good.

A little run down and old I was down at the very end room and it was pleasently quit it was also cheap without h aveing bugs like the other cheap places in this area I looked at it was very clean just needs some money thrown back into it but that takes time. Also had good free wifi, very pleased and will stay again if back this way on my trips

I have never, and I mean never stayed in suck a gross, disgusting filthy place. The have a sign no refunds, so that you cant leave once you see the room. I was exhausted after being on the road, and it looked ok from the street. I slept with my clothes on, and had a rash the next day. And it cost 60.00

This is a nice motel the the people are great very nice manager and sun jay that Repair .my vehicle he help carry our bags in to for us. we were broke down out highway 95 the son towed our vehicle into town. the rooms very very affordable and due to our circumstances with the vehicle they gave us a very good deal on the room. the rooms vere clean and comfortable and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. thank you to the great staff there for making this bad experience with our car a much better experience. i would reccomend this motel to anyone, thank you again for the enjoyable stay.

The room was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. The upholstered chairs wer stained and I was afraid to sit in them. I didn't trust the bed so I slept on top of the comforter. Very noisy place. The breakfast offered was stale coffee and dried out donuts. Don't stop here. Just keep on driving!

As others has previously stated this place should be avoided. After a very long day of travel we tried to find a room in Winnemucca but something was happening and there were no rooms available except for here. The room smelled, bathroom was dirty and disgusting, we wouldn't walk on the carpet even in socks, sheets looked like someone might have slept in it. Very gross place to say the least!

I pull up there late at night, ring the night bell as the door is locked. The owner comes out and wildly starts waving in my direction, not really sure what he means I ask through the door if he has any vacancy, but all he does is increase the wildness of his wave. After a while of this I figure out he has unlocked the door from behind his shielded reception area and is gesturing for me to come in. Ok, it was late and I was tired, so I though maybe it was me. But when I go up and give him a friendly smile and hello, as is my custom, all I got in return was surliness. I should have left then, but Hot August nites or something was going on and everything was booked solid, so I continued, gave him my credit card, which he ran, then he asks me the year of my rental car. I don't know and tell him so, he says he won't give me a key without the year of the car, I search for it, but its a rental and dark and late and I can't find it, I tell him and he says he won't give me a room. I should have made up a year, but it was late and I don't usually lie, so I go off in search of another hotel. But the owner still charged me and won't refund. Most ridiculous experience I have ever had in any hotel and I have been in thousands all around the world including some of the worst third world dives you can imagine, but I have never been treated so rudely or been so blatantly ripped off. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I'm not sure what the previous reviewers are on about -- maybe Economy Inn in Winnemucca has just cleaned up their operation, or these people are expecting 5-star quality for under $60/night in small town Nevada. I travel with my girlfriend around the country quite a bit, and "cheap" drive-up motels are our go tos. We chose Economy Inn on our way through Winnemucca since it looked nice enough. The place is cozy and totally up to scratch. The manager insisted that I inspect the room before purchasing it, which I did -- and found absolutely nothing out of place. Sure, it's an older building that has a little wear around the edges, but it's perfectly comfortable to stay in. The sheets were washed and smelled nice, cable and AC work, wifi is free, and rooms even have mini-fridges and microwaves. Unique room layout and quirky building are an extra plus. 5 stars by my not-too-high-but-certainly-not-low standards!

I & my husband arrived very tired & late one evening. We paid $55 with a credit card. When we walked into the room, we noticed the floor was covered in chips & crumbs & the room smelled very bad. I lifted up the cushion on the chair & could tell it had never been cleaned - it was disgusting! Both of us agreed that we could not possibly stay in such a filthy, smelly room. I returned to the office & complained about how dirty the room was & asked for a return on my credit card. The woman just pointed at the sign on the window that said NO REFUNDS & said she didn't know how to do a return on the credit card machine. I assumed that I would be able to have the charges reversed but could not. We then left Winnemucca & drove to Lovelock. We travel alot to the Reno area for medical & since this experience, have never stayed in Winnemucca. After reading the reviews, we are so glad we had the sense to leave. It is so wrong for this business to continue ripping people off. They most likely make a lot of money on people like us that pay but refuse to stay!
