Very Pleasant Stay

Nice clean room with good choice of breakfast, Adrian very informative on local area & easy to talk to, just 10 minutes walk into the centre of Bowness

A wonderful find & a little gem !

Adrian and Heather were wonderful hosts. Cottage is in wonderful location, just across road from Lake Windermere - opposite Jetty museum and Bowness is approx 5 mins walk where you can catch buses. Windermere is approx 1.25 miles which is easily walkable from Bowness on footpaths. Beautiful waterfall at back of property. Heather makes beautiful one off pieces of Jewellery and also preserves. We stayed in room 2 a double which was lovely and olde worldy decorated, lovely shower room and a view of the lake through the trees. Would definately stay again !!!
