What a perfect little home for our college visit weekend. If accepted, this will undoubtedly be our go-to location for move-in weekend and visits. This property was within a 20-30 minute drive to the Southeast coast beaches and Wilmington. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was also very close to a grocery and gas station. The host responded very quickly to the questions we had and when we had to postpone due to hurricane concerns she was very gracious to move our reservation to alternative dates. The home was relatively clean and could use a bit of updating but we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped.
