This hotel is close to I95 and major roads in Newark, Delaware. More like a motor inn with free parking, free breakfast and inside the room there is a refrigerator and a microwave oven. Anyway, it is generally a good experience.

was ok but door lock was broken & cold air came through between the door & frame

There was a terrible odor in my room, a hole burned through one of my sheets, and there was mold in the shower. Nasssssssty

It was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The "Non Smoker Room" was a smoker room, the bathroom smelled like sweaty clothes were in there with the door closed for weeks, and the room was musky smelling. I couldn't get a different hotel because it was a "non refundable" room.

The room was smelly & humid. Most of the lights didn't work. There wasn't any toilet paper in the room. The staff was rude when I addressed what was wrong with my room. Also the breakfast they have isn't work it its

It's very spacious and comfortable room for four people.

The hotel is complete unsanitary, filthy beyond anything I have ever experienced! We would not use anything but the sink & could not take any of our clothes off... just gross. I have traveled extensively & stayed in all kinds of hotels from basic to luxury & this ranked among the very worst I have ever experienced. We had to check out, could not stay. The only hard thing was that the staff was very nice but still. Hope they find a way to clean up their facility for their own sake.

Thankfully I only stayed overnight visiting Univ of Delaware. They were pleasant enough and accommodated a late arrival but the motel is in bad shape / disrepair and the rooms were disgusting seedy and old. the bathroom was very dirty pool was closed which was never mentioned (not that I would have used it) breakfast was bad they tried but things tasted off / odd. I couldn't get out fast enough .. given how many places there are close bye I would skip this one

The beds were very comfortable & it was an enjoyable stay. The only thing I would improve is the shower pressure. Also, there was some hair leftover in the shower from whoever stayed there before us. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay.

Great value and location, and close to major highways. I look the train, and the walk was no longer than 30 minutes.

The motel was nice enough. A little musty/smoke smell at first in our room. But we didn't mind it after while. It was convenient to site see for a short weekend and basically an ok place. We would stay again.

We wanted something close to Chesapeake City and this was a very reasonable rate. It was easy to find the motel. A perk was an upgrade from what we booked, 2 Double beds, to a king. Very nice of them.

It is very affordable and a great place to stay if you just need a room for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

very pleasant/confortable/sataff very helpful and friendly, I will be returning in the near future and look forward to the stay. Continental breakfeast very well stocked and good statr to the day.

My son and I are ALWAYS taking trips from Texas to Connecticut, stopping through Wilmington, DE in the process. We weren't expecting much from this hotel as far as anything went, but it was priced nicely and we had lots to do. When we arrived for check in, the person at the front desk was very nice and made eye contact when he spoke to me. He told me my room was ready and to let him know if we needed anything. Because of previous experiences in various hotels in the same area, I have become accustomed to bringing my own disinfectant and air freshener when getting a room...neither was needed in this case. Not only was it incredibly clean, it smelled so fresh it made me smile involuntarily. You can tell they actually wash the linens AND blankets!!! It was quiet and all the appliances were clean and in proper working order. The bathroom was like something out of a magazine and exceeded my expectations. The toilet was clean, the shower curtain wasn't stained with mold or mildew and the inside of the shower itself didn't make my skin crawl. Upon our departure, a different gentleman was at the front desk and he was just as polite as the one that checked us in and asked (with genuine concern) about our visit. As often as we visit Delaware, this will be our new place to stay. Thank you for making this visit a completely enjoyable one.

The hotel needs a lot of work. I choose it because I knew we were arriving late and leaving early. The location was right down the road from the college. If I had to stay longer I would find another place.

It was excellent. The room was clean and in a great location.Right by freeway and University of Delaware and lots of dining

I definitely had a good experience here. The Hotel room was clean and easy to find.It was right near the freeway exit and it was close to University of Delaware.Great Location.

Good value for money located about 1/2 hour walk from the edge of the U. Delaware campus. There was a pool that looked OK, the computer in the office was a bit finicky but OK. Everything is there that's needed including a nice diner next door.

Overall experience was positive, even thought water boiler went busted in the hotel and half of the building did not have hot water. As a result I had "to miss morning shower" for excusable reasons. Hotel personal has been very nice.
