Room we had had extremely dry air even turning off the heat and AC. We called the front desk but they couldn’t do anything about it or switch to another room. It messed up our sleeps caused dryness in our throat and nose and even made it hard to breathe.

The Hyatt will be our hotel of choice from now on for visiting family in the Wilmington area. Great service, clean well appointed rooms, and good location. The riverwalk was great even in the winter (Holiday lights the entire walk).
