This is a reasonably priced hotel especially convenient to the nearby medical facilities. Because of its proximity there were occasional sirens but few. The room was spotless and appeared newly renovated. The hotel offered a small bar, open for a few hours in the evening plus there was items available in a snack shop in the lobby. There was a breakfast included with quite a few options. There are dining options within a mile or so but only one was within walking distance.

The staff was very unfriendly, with the exception of one clerk who checked us in, no one else spoke or greeted us coming in or going out. One guy just stood there behind the desk when we came in late night like a zombie. No greetings or acknowledgement at all. Same with lady the next morning as we were leaving out at front desk. I stopped to get water right where she was standing...never said a word. No Hi, GM, did you have a good night. have a great day...nothing. Just walked away like she never saw us. I am a regular and the lack of hospitality during this visit and the lack luster breakfast has ended that for me. I will not be coming back to this location.

The area around the hotel felt safe. We were headed to a family memorial service so it was a rather somber occasion for us. The staff was friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The only very small complaints I have is that the sink stopper did not work and one of the electric window shades did not work.
