Communication and property were both great. Easy to get to both river-front and ocean-front activities. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Adults, kids, and dog all had pretty much everything they needed. Literally the ONLY thing I would change is the lack of seating in the living room. One 3-person sofa is insufficient for six people (and in a house that sleeps 10) and that got annoying when we all wanted to hang out and watch a movie together when it rained. The kitchen was well stocked, everything inside was clean and easy to find. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the separate stash of pool towels downstairs. The easy-to-use propane firepit was a nice addition to cool evenings. It was too cold in the pool for the adults (it's only the 1st week of April!), but the kids (11, 12, and 9 y.o.) didn't care and played for hours. They raved about what a great trip this was.

Large space, nice backyard and convenient location

Safe, quiet neighborhood close to groceries (3min drive), shopping (15 min), multiple beaches (15, 25, 30 min) downtown riverwalk (15 min) UNCW (5 min) and more. Abundant spaces (upstairs and downstairs) to accommodate larger groups and the hot tub & firepit were added benefits. Fenced in backyard for dog. Plenty of driveway parking (we had 5 cars). Host was quick to resolve 2 small issues. Would stay again!

Fantastic accommodations !!

This was the perfect spot for me and my family. House had everything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. There were 5 adults and 2 children, and this house had more than enough room for everybody. Backyard was amazing pool was great for the kids and the jacuzzi was a much need comfort for the adults. Host kept in contact with us if we needed anything, we felt very taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough

Wilmington vacation

Chose this house due to its proximity to town and the beach. A perfect halfway point. The pool and the hot tub were awesome additions after days at the beach or playing tennis at the park down the road. Having our dogs with us for the trip was an awesome experience as well. I highly recommend this property!

Peaceful getaway

The house was great and has quite a bit of charm. The extra amenities like snacks, coffee, and extra toothbrush was a pleasant surprise. The back yard space was very relaxing and enjoyable as well.

The inside of the house was very nice and very clean. The kitchen, in particular, is updated with a great design and appliances. When we arrived the outdoor space hadn’t been cleaned and was quite dirty (pool, hot tub, surface area wasn’t swept). I contacted Dee to let her know and she immediately sent someone out to clean the area. Dee was quick to respond anytime I reached out to her, which was great. Also, the beds are super comfortable!!
