Very rude, especially on the phone. I had no phone at one point to call down to the desk and then it happened again. Another couple times later to check out which I saw they saw at Rose so they could’ve complicate prominent nature not too. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again though it’s very poor quality.

Room had a bad odor. The furniture was stained and frayed. I complained but the hotel did nothing. The hotel is very old and very worn. I am surprised and very disappointed by Marriott.

Staff was excellent. The hotel is old. The outlets don’t work, there was a roach in the bathroom when we walked in, the light cover above the beds was about to fall off the wall and it was dark. It really needs a complete overhaul. Again, the employees were very friendly.
