It is the most relaxing place I have ever been, superv accomodations. Peaceful and heart warming.

This is a great location with friendly staff.my only complaint on a 1 bedroom is the tv is in the bedroom which makes it had to watch from the couch. Great high speed internet for watching movies. Nice pool. Just a block pass water country. Easily to get around due to 64 entrance is in the block. Had the best Jacuzzi bathtub spent hours in it. Finished 21/2 novels will stay again

I paid regular price thinking I was staying at a resort, when I got there they tried telling me I had to go to a sales pitch. After explaining that was not in the agreement they double backed and then said it was voluntary. They promised it would last an hour and I could have a gift of my choosing if I would go to this pitch. Four hours later I'm still saying I'm not interested and half my day was wasted of a weekend trip. My tub had dead bugs in it and the bed was very uncomfortable and old. i was told the nicer rooms were for owners only. So I paid this corp asking price for a scaled down room in a time share advertised as a hotel

The stay at the Kings Creek Plantation was good, however I would like to extend and invite for the management to use air freshners in the cottages because it smell very old and if I was going to hear a presentation I would like to stay in a place where you would like for me to explore and perhaps buy into, however the place was very quiet and it appeared clean. Would stay again! We went captain Georges as well as shopping in the outlets and lunch at Cookout was very Good!

Beautiful resort! Friendly and helpful staff! Our cottage was great just wish we knew there were steps to the downstairs bedrooms since we had a 1 yr old with us and no one brought a baby gate! Other than that the place was great very clean perfect amount of space! I door pool was nice. Game room outdated ans boring and games don't work. They take your tokens but do not work! The bbq place was fantastic!! Kids loved the playground and mini golf! I would def come back!! Great location 5 mins from Busch Gardens and water country is next door! Target 2 mins away for food shopping! Downtown williamsburg is 10 mins away!

This is a great place to stay, close to amenities. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved that it had a full kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Definitely would recommend and most definitely would return.

The one bedroom unit we stayed in consisted of a bedroom and separate sitting room/kitchen/dining area and bath with shower & separate tub. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes and included a refrig.,stove, microwave, toaster & coffeemaker (with 2 pkg of coffee), and dish soap. There is also a small washer and dryer in the unit (1 box of soap provided) and iron/ironing board. One TV in bedroom and a smaller one in the other area. This is a time-share location and you will be invited at registration to attend a presentation. Tickets to Williamsburg or other discounts are offered as enticements. We said "no thanks" and were not bothered again. We did not receive maid service during the 3 days we were there. I don't know what their policy is.

Our stay at the Kings Plantation was awesome! Williamsburg VA has the best attractions (Bush Gardens, Ripley's & Dinner Shows) I only wish it was closer to resturants. Can't wait to come next year.

Everything about it was perfect! The only problem was they didn't have my reservation. I had to produce my confirmation from you for them to fixe the problem.

Very nice resort, close to EVERYTHING and you can't beat the price!

Dont fall for time share tour just to get discounted tickets to Colonial williamsburg!

The hotel was more than expected and I am glad that we chose this hotel and can't wait to return again.

We had a first floor "towne" condo (have to go up 5-6 steps to enter) with 2 bedrooms (king and queen), and a third room with a pull-out sofa and 2 doors that could close this room off (although one of the doors had glass panels in it and was off the living room area). Our 10-yr.-old slept on the sofa bed (although we did have to use the bedspreads off of the other 2 beds to pad it). It would not have been comfortable for anyone much bigger. There was a stacked washer and dryer unit in the room which came in handy, and the master bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi tub and a separate large shower stall. The kitchen had a dishwasher, but not all of the units do. We ate in a lot, so having the kitchen was a great asset. They have an indoor pool, as well as, several outdoor pools. There were daily activities scheduled, and some tours offered (Washington,D.C.; tour of a tall ship, etc.). The staff was very helpful and the place was well run. We went to go to Colonial Williamsburg, but didn't because of the heat (106 degrees). We did drive by Colonial Williamsburg on the way to the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum (a lot of air-conditioned fun) one day. It was about a 10- minute easy drive. Water Country U.S.A. is literally located next door; President's Park (very interesting, even to our 10-year-old) is almost across the street. The place is less than 10 miles from Newport News, VA, and about 25 miles from Norfolk, VA, both of which are areas that had museums, etc. that we hope to visit another time. We went to the Jamestown Settlement which was about 15 minutes away. (The cafeteria there was a good place to have lunch, and the gift shop was great.)

We had a great experience at Kings Creek. Note: We stayed in the one bedroom estates section for the price of one bedroom cottage. It was very clean and spacious for a couple. The place is right next door to Water Country and also very close to Busch Gardens. It was also very useful to have a full kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Overall, excellent stay!

Stayed in 2 bedroom cottage which was nice and roomy only problem both bedrooms and baths were on second floor, but NO exit, only 1 exit which was downstairs. Not very safe!! Would stay again, but would choose different cottage with 2 exits.

Great place. Condo we were in was new. No complaints at all.

We were in Williamsburg to see Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg. The only facility we used was the pool at the end of the afternoon. The condos were great but noisy as you could hear every step from the units above which were disturbing particularly late at night. The onerous cancellation policy would keep me from going back to this resort.

Overall nice resort. Great for families being that the accommodations are duplex style houses. I stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage. The living/kitchen combo was small however, there's a spacious bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub. The King size bedroom was roomy. The bed was a little hard for my taste. And there was only one closet which is location in the hall way outside the bedroom across from the bathroom. The accommodation also had a nice sized deck off the living room. The resort has a nice sized fitness room and a great indoor heated pool. In my opinion I think that the indoor whirlpool jets weren't strong enough. The water hardly bubbled. Kings Creek is conveniently located right next door to Water Country USA and Busch Gardens is 5 minutes away. There's also a mall about a block away with Target, JCPenny, Bestbuy and Kohls. Its also less than a mile away from I64. I would recommend this resort and I would personally stay again probably in the summer time when I can take advantage of the nearby attractions.
