We stayed at this hotel after a trip to Busch Gardens Christmastown. The hotel was consistent with what we expect from Comfort Inn. Check-in was easy, the room was clean,the bed was very comfortable and sheets were super soft. Breakfast was good with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, regular and pumpkin spice waffles mixes and a variety of baked goods and fruits. The tv was surprisingly large and swiveled to allow for better viewing.

Registration and housekeeping staff was very friendly and attentive. The room, hallways, lobby, and property were clean and well maintained. When I called to inquire about early check in, the registration staff informed me that she would call me if my room became available before the 3:00 pm check in time. My two daughters and I visited Williamsburg and stayed at the Comfort Inn for two nights over Thanksgiving. Overall, we had a good stay. The room was a comfortable size and the beds were cozy. The bathroom was fine, though the bathtub spout could use some fresh caulking. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the included breakfast. It was nothing fancy, but it was convenient, and I appreciated not having to go out and pay extra for a morning meal. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It’s less than a five-minute drive to Colonial Williamsburg and an easy drive to restaurants, CVS, and nearby shopping. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a short visit to Williamsburg.

In an unexpected downpour, the front desk staff noticed I was struggling without an umbrella and produced one to help me get to my car...well above and beyond what I expected!
