The staff was very helpful. BUT the first room we were in had a sink full of water that would not drain. They moved us to room with a functional sink, but only one bed instead of two. The third room had a functional sink, and two beds. BUT the noise from the freeway was really loud, it was as if there was no soundproofing in the walls. I will not stay there again.

For a business traveler it’s about a 2/5 star trip. Big airy King room, dusty and cold. The bed was comfortable however. Walls don’t block neighbor noise. Breakfast isn’t served until 7am and it’s all carbs and coffee but wasn’t accessible when I arrived at 0645.

I really did not expect a 5 star hotel but from location (freeway noise all night) to a sink faucet that was loose, to killing flies in the room during winter temperatures, to old oil smelling lotion. I must say though that to have lotion in any hotel is a plus. That is one item hotels are now taking away along with conditioner unfortunately. The breakfast was a true basic but toast and coffee was my choice. No fruit, yogurt, mini muffins, no space. But juice and coffee was available. This hotel pleasantly surprised us with a waffle maker but no spray to keep waffles from sticking. They truly are trying. But I learned through this not to stay at a hotel directly off the freeway. Feels like a truckers hotel.
