Check in at the sun club member lounge took forever! Bad start to vacation. Most everything else was wonderful. Great food and just an overall great experience. Views were unbelievable. Room was spotless. Casino is not good. They only open table games for a few hours a day and the dealers are not friendly at all. Bartender/server Kenneth, nathaly, and vianella were superb! The room service food could use some improvement.

The beach was separated in the busy and not so busy area which was perfect. We had a nice view from the room, but you should ask for a quiet room. Rooms were nicely decorated but the bathrooms could use little updates. Entertainment and food was ok, nothing special, but good enough I guess. The restaurants at Mambo beach, which are only 5 minutes away, are amazing. The staff was really nice, we only got upset when we arrived at 3pm, and they made us wait over 2 1/2 hours to check in. Overall the stay was ok. Was it worth the money, not sure.

Plenty of pools and parts of the beach to choose from, especially if you want a little peace and quiet

Loooooved staying here. Rooms and entire property is super clean and well kept/groomed. I even saw them swap out the cushions on the beach chairs for dry cleaned ones. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Also environmentally friendly with paper straws. It was great that we didn't have to use those annoying plastic bracelets on our wrists and they barely ever asked for our room number at restaurants. There's 5 delicious restaurants on the property and only 1 needed advanced reservation. Food was incredible and super fresh. Our room faced the ocean and had a pool right outside our door. Super convenient. We beach hopped outside the resort for a full day and after snorkeling at 8 beaches all around the island, I can confirm that our hotel's beach had the best reef we saw all day!! I saw incredible tropical fish, including a few squids on some days. I'm already planning to go back with family and bring my sister's kids. They have a fantastic day-care center. I travel international a ton and this is high up on my list of best all-inclusive resorts I've been to. You will enjoy staying here. Go for it!

The service was not the best. The staff was very discouraged and not welcoming. Unfortunately, the all inclusive isn’t fully an all inclusive service, do to the lack of resources in the island. Having said that everything is limited. The service at the restaurants for dinner is very slow and sometimes they ran out of choices. The services at the bars are very slow so please go filled with patience.

The staff was wonderful. Especially Karina at the VIP services desk and Angela in Member's services. But the food was horrible, and I mean horrible, except for the omelet station and the Hibachi grill. Our room refrigerator was broken and it took 3 days to replace it. We were given a room with 2 beds instead of a king and were told they didn't have another room available even thought they were clearly at 50-60% occupancy.

Property is small but well maintained. Food selection is small but tasty. Staff however, are terrible. Totally unaccommodating and unfriendly.

The ocean was beautiful and a beautiful sunset. The food wasn’t the greatest nor the drinks . You have only 2 places to eat lunch everyday and they don’t stay open all day .

The only redeemong factor was the staff & the beach. The food was terrible & required over an hour of your time to be served. Paid extra for a beach front view & had a room with a view of the restrooms on the beach. They happily changed our room. The new room had an outdated bathroom with a browkn shower door & a leak in the ceiling.

This was a beautiful hotel. Lots of amenities, restaurants, bars and spa. The beach itself was kept very clean and so was the area. Our room did have a smell of like a wet mop and we did have a leak from the AC however they fixed that immediately once they were advised. The beach has a lot of rock once you get in the water so water shoes are a must! Overall we enjoyed our stay. Make sure to look for Ecko who was amazing at checking us in. Natalie, Rai were amazing bar tenders.

We stayed at the Sunscape Curacao 6/18/19-6/23/19. This is an older resort, but well maintained. There were both couples and families – there is a large children’s club there. The workers work very hard, long hours but were always professional and very, very nice to the guests. The food is not bad, some very good. Even though we stayed at the quiet part of the beach, when we came to the “main” beach there were always activities going on with a lot of participation. There is snorkeling from the beach – it has a protected area that makes it an easy snorkel. There is not coral, but you can see a good variety of fish. We don't think the Sun Club upgrade was worth the extra expense.
