The staff was wonderful. Especially Karina at the VIP services desk and Angela in Member's services. But the food was horrible, and I mean horrible, except for the omelet station and the Hibachi grill. Our room refrigerator was broken and it took 3 days to replace it. We were given a room with 2 beds instead of a king and were told they didn't have another room available even thought they were clearly at 50-60% occupancy.

Property is small but well maintained. Food selection is small but tasty. Staff however, are terrible. Totally unaccommodating and unfriendly.

The ocean was beautiful and a beautiful sunset. The food wasn’t the greatest nor the drinks . You have only 2 places to eat lunch everyday and they don’t stay open all day .

great time we had there. a very good option to have time with your family.

The only redeemong factor was the staff & the beach. The food was terrible & required over an hour of your time to be served. Paid extra for a beach front view & had a room with a view of the restrooms on the beach. They happily changed our room. The new room had an outdated bathroom with a browkn shower door & a leak in the ceiling.

This was a beautiful hotel. Lots of amenities, restaurants, bars and spa. The beach itself was kept very clean and so was the area. Our room did have a smell of like a wet mop and we did have a leak from the AC however they fixed that immediately once they were advised. The beach has a lot of rock once you get in the water so water shoes are a must! Overall we enjoyed our stay. Make sure to look for Ecko who was amazing at checking us in. Natalie, Rai were amazing bar tenders.

We stayed at the Sunscape Curacao 6/18/19-6/23/19. This is an older resort, but well maintained. There were both couples and families – there is a large children’s club there. The workers work very hard, long hours but were always professional and very, very nice to the guests. The food is not bad, some very good. Even though we stayed at the quiet part of the beach, when we came to the “main” beach there were always activities going on with a lot of participation. There is snorkeling from the beach – it has a protected area that makes it an easy snorkel. There is not coral, but you can see a good variety of fish. We don't think the Sun Club upgrade was worth the extra expense.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. The waitresses at the buffet need to be a little more responsive, hard to even get a glass of water, yet alone any refills on certain days.

Excellent resort with good food, nice rooms, and wonderful staff that were all friendly and helpful.

Understaffed, not enough restaurants & bars open in the day.

The food options weren’t good. The bar service was great. Latoya the bartender was awesome. The waiters was great. I waited a hour or so before my room was ready. When I got to the room I had no bath towels that took about 30-40 minutes before I was able to get one. I had to request for a iron.

Amenities could be more choices. No Djs seem to catered to families then couples . Place can use upgrade seem outdated

had a great stay at Sunscape. Definitely would recommend.

Great location. Beaches are gorgeous. Food is alright. Entertainment not consistent all the time.

This Resort has potential but no investment has been made to keep it up. It’s a night and day comparison to mood beach next door. The sunscape resort and staff or so poor I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We paid for all inclusive, the service and food are so horrible we left the resort for every meal we had after eating at the resort. The staff needs inspiration or a lesson in hospitality. This was the worst vacation experience ever

staying at the sun club side which is quite better but the outside next door peoples keep coming in to our beach cause this beach is for public as well , we saw one day 3 kids picked up the hotel room card and try to go door by door and we had to scream at them and tell one of the security telling him to wake up and do your job which he don't like what we said to him and we spoke to hotel manager Josh at the sun club , i would not staying at the sun club cause of that reason , overall will give 3 stars, foods are so so , staffs are hit or miss i would love to say thank you to these staffs which is Chanelly waitress at the buffet , Sonaly Concierge , Cornela at sun club Bar and Sue Angely our housekeeper at the end for what you pay is what you get , can't beat the price

The pool bar was not open once in the 8 days we were there.
