One thing after another went wrong. Upon check in I asked front desk for additional hangers then I had to call 3 additional times to get hangers so I could unpack. They were doing renovations in room right below us so we were awakened by drilling and loud construction noise. We made dinner reservation with guest services then showed up to restaurant to find they had no record of reservation and were rude to us. Safe was broken. TV was not working properly. Restaurants were mediocre. Service was non existent. Unhappy with my stay and would never go back.

Cons: Day 1 - A/C inoperable. Day 2 elevator broken for over 24 hours. Day 3 major leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. Only room available was on the 3rd floor and the elevators were still broken. No hand sanitizer stations for all restaurants including buffet. Food luke warm although set with warmers and lids. Outdoor white lounge furniture dingy on the beach and pool. Pool water very cloudy, everyday, all day (I am a pool owner). Understaffed in the dining area. Sea food restaurant ran out of snapper although the restaurant just opened for dinner. Entertainment for 2 days seemed as if it was an all hands on deck for staff to ad lib their way through music. Drinks were watered down. Reimbursement from them is only if you booked from their website. Thanks Expedia for addressing this experience. I would definitely not return.

The property was nice plenty of food and drink options but this was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever spent in a resort. Your complaints fall to deaf ears. No one followed up on the complaints made. Thanks to Danile, Reajen, and Georgina for trying to make things better but the damage was too far great to be overlooked or to ever recommend my family n friends to ever consider this resort. Thanks for the absolute WORST BIRTHDAY trip
