Location was good and overall a nice property. Needs a little help with some rough edges. Check in was rough, rooms not available until late like close to 6pm then no one to assist with luggage. No towels available for the pool and frequently in the room. Nice beach and pool.

The property need upgrades along with hot water, I stayed four nights with no hot water, all restaurants are outside n you cannot enjoy your food with flies all over the place, smh
This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. The service was terrible. There are no bellhops to assist with luggage. The staff at the buffet seemed bothered anytime you asked anything. Dinner reservations were so poorly managed. They had one smoothie bar for iced drinks like pina colada’s. It was the furthest from the beach and was always out of order or out of ingredients. For this to be called a Hilton Hotel and part of the Curio Collection is a insult to the brand. One should not pay of $350 per night for this. It’s more of a one star $100 a night resort.
Located 20 mins walk to the city. Convenience store across the street, mini market and pharmacy at 12 mins walk. Water park was awesome. Windy, very refreshing for naps at the beach. Kids club daily. Food and drinks 24/7, food was delicious and drinks "local" awesome.

The view was excellent, My room overlooked the pool with clear view of the ocean! The restaurant/bar options offered a variety of selections. Most of the staff was very friendly and spoke English fluently. Staff member Remie was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The resort did a nice job of providing live entertainment each night which was fun to attend. The location was good and within walking distance to downtown and shops. The resort was very pretty! The resort did have elevator issues during entire stay which was a little annoying and I would have liked to have had wash cloths provided, resort only provided bath towels.
