The interior is tastefully decorated creating an inviting and stylish ambiance that makes you feel right at home. This home has no carpet, shower door added in primary bath, shutters throughout, stainless ceiling fans with lights in all interior rooms plus the lanai and has been painted. Don't miss this opportunity to make this villa your own and savor the relaxed, golf course living lifestyle it offers.

Bedroom layout: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: Bedroom 1: One king bed, Bedroom 2: One queen bed. Please note: To enjoy the array of amenities offered at The Villages, guests must carry an ID Card. This card grants access to facilities such as swimming pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, and various recreational activities and classes. As your host, we can streamline the process by preparing passes in advance for convenient pickup at The Villages Sales Office nearest to your rental home. We also have a golf cart rental available for additional costs.
