While renovations were in progress, our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Great place to stay with family or team. Pool, hot tub, pool tables, ping pong, putting green, and video games in big open space. Free breakfast was better than most hotels, more like a buffet. The only complaints I have is that the shower pelted you and was almost painful to use and the wifi didn't work. No wifi about 95% of the time in different spots around the hotel.

Room was decent we were out right beside the courtyard so we could hear everyone out there and that wasn't pleasant for a quiet getaway. No fridge in the room just a microwave. Someone kept propping open the door to go outside so anyone could come in and out that wasn't even staying there. Price seems way to high for the quality.

Staff were very helpful. Originally, I was in a courtyard side room. I needed to go to bed and rest for a early flight out in the morning and the staff allowed me to change to a different room without having an attitude. The room was very clean.

good location, great shuttle service plan to stay there next time in town

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was very Johnny on the spot but as far as a good night sleep. .. not good. Very noisy! We could hear that was going on outside as well as next door. :( But you couldn't ask for a better location when you are flying. Overall not too bad.

Stayed here for a single night and everyone was so kind. This hotel is in a great location just minutes from the ICT Airport and have an around-the-clock shuttle to and from the terminals.

Very comfortable, helpful staff and good breakfast.

Average at best. Its an older hotel, lots of room for kids to run around. Feels like you're under ground with the painted brick wall hallways.

Staff friendly and very knowledgeable of local area and helpful. Room very spacious and bed soft as a cloud. Lot's of amenities like coffee and accessories. In fact I had no problem asking and getting a few extra sets of bathroom toiletries for a local Abused Women's Center called the Springs here in Tampa. The will be greatly appreciated. I will recommend Best Western to everyone who travels and especially brag of the beds. After all who wants to sleep like they feel like their sleeping inside of an M-113 Armored Personnel Carrier. I should know, I drove one in Germany. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

seemed expensive for an old hotel... but close to the airport.

Nice quiet room, large flat screen TV, good Wi-Fi connection. The exception is the rotten shower head. It took twice as long to take a shower because I couldn't find the water to rinse out shampoo or soap off significant parts of my body. I've had better showers in cut-rate motels. Put the good shower heads back.

The first thing you encounter when you enter this Best Western is the smell of chlorine, as the pool area is not far from the front lobby. It's not overwhelming, just obvious. Our room was near the pool, but the air system was good and we didn't notice the smell in our room. Room was nice, bedding was comfortable, not too heavy as some can be, and the beds each day were nicely made up -- sheets didn't slip off one time (we were there 3 nights). Extra furniture, like comfortable chairs, was not present; all lamps were wall mounted. Breakfast vouchers let you in the small restaurant, where the "free" breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits (they were out) and gravy, lukewarm pancakes, and potatoes. No toast available, no meat either. You could order those things from the menu or pay an extra $2 to have sausage or bacon. The coffee was weak, more like warm water, and only barely warm enough even freshly poured. We has to wait several minutes for plates, because the stack of 8 or so on the buffet line were ALL dirty. We only used the breakfast voucher our first morning, so this was a big disappointment.

We have stayed at this hotel before when my kids had softball tournaments in town. The hotel is great in that there is plenty of room for the kids to blow off steam. There is the pool area and also the little putt-putt area. The staff was friendly and were very helpful when I was given a king room instead of a double and needed to change. The continental breakfast was a hot breakfast and not just bagels and cereal so that was a nice surprise as well. The hotel is older and dated but the rooms were clean and comfy. The only complaint the kids had was the hot tub was cold and the pool had so much chlorine that it burned their eyes. Overall for a one night stay the pros outweighed the cons.

We only stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn for one night, but I would go back for a longer stay. The location is minutes from the airport as well as downtown. It is right on the Kellogg flyover, making it easy to get to just about anywhere in Wichita. I was impressed by the room - it was much larger than the standard hotel room and very cozy and comfortable. When I opened the door to the room the first time, I was hit by a pleasant clean smell (almost floral, but not overwhelming), not the usual hotel smell, if you know what I mean. I've never said that a hotel room smells good before! The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The flat-screen TV was nice, and the wi-fi worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was also impressed by the huge game room/common area. They have a heated indoor pool, hot tub, arcade games, pool tables, and plenty of common space to play cards or board games they provide in the lobby. The decor in this area was equally impressive - large bronze statues of African wildlife! I thought that it's too bad this hotel is by the airport - I would imagine that most people only stay for one night. With all of the activities and the large rooms, it would be a great hotel for a longer stay, especially for a family. My only complaint is that I would have liked the hot tub to be hotter. They post that the max temperature is 104F. I'm sure that's a liability issue or something.

was very good every thing, nice service, clean I was very happy. Thank you

We had a great trip our only problem was with the staff at Solo's. Rude waitresses.

Our family often stays here when in town. The rooms are clean and the layout for families is wonderful. This time in particular we were pleased with the breakfast value and choice. Excellent. With a new cook and friendly serving staff, the restaurant seems to be striving for excellence. We will be back as usual!

It was very nice and the people working there was very friendly and helpful. The waitress' at the restaurant was extremely helpful on both occassions

Flying out of Mid Continent Airport for a two week vacation. Hotel allows guest to park while gone and provides shuttle to and from airport. Can't beat it!!
