Great but short on living room seating for 5+

It is great location and worked well. Lack of seating was a problem. We were booked for 6 adults and found there was not enough chairs for everyone. Just one couch in family room to watch tv and visit, a love seat is needed and would have been good. There was two broken and unusable chairs in the garage.

Nice duplex

Very clean place. Beds were comfortable. Located in a convenient location. Newer subdivision of duplexes. Stocked kitchen with spices and oils. Has a great weekend!

Dirty and very disappointed

My issue was the unit was dirty & had not been cleaned. Within 5 minutes of being in the unit my grandson's feet were black from the floors. The sheets in two bedrooms had not been washed. The main bathroom had not been cleaned well. The bathtub required the most cleaning. The kitchen counters had not been wiped off. The microwave had food crumbs on the glass tray & on the side walls. The floors had not been swept or mopped & the rugs had not been vacuumed either. The t.v. had fingerprints all over the screen. There were four chairs for the high table but we had five guests. The living room had a couch that seated three people only. There were no other chairs available. I had to borrow camp chairs from my daughter so we all had a place to sit. Also, the floor rugs in the living room & the hall bedroom were stained & dirty. Additionally, the coffee table was broken, the towel bars in both bathrooms were loose so we didn't use them, & the desk chair was broken. The owner was called & in our conversation implied that I was trying to get money back on the unit. I was simply informing him of the dirty condition of the unit. He stated that the unit had been cleaned per his cleaning person/company. He told me they consistently received 5 star ratings. Then he requested I send him pictures of all the above which I did. However, I never received a follow up call or response from him after the pictures were sent. I would NOT recommend renting this unit.

Nice, spacious, clean

Overall, the property was lovely. Bedrooms and living areas were spacious. With 5 of us staying, and 2 others living in the area visiting, we had plenty of room to spread out. We did run into unexpected construction in the area… resulting in a detour to get to the property. A minor inconvenience, but inconvenient nonetheless. There was also limited comfortable seating for a party of our size to lounge and relax. Which, to be fair, IS evident from the pictures. Also there was no outdoor furniture. Also a minor thing.. had we known we’d have kept our camping chairs in the car! I mention these things just to notify others who may visit. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly stay again when visiting family in the area!

Great place to stay!!

This was a very nice and super clean place to stay definitely would stay here again if i wasn't moving to Wichita in May. Great location and easy access to highway into Wichita!!
