At Check in Monique, the receptionist was nice and courteous. In the room, the bathroom door was broken, it won’t lock; the room phone had no connection, so we couldn’t call the front desk and as soon as we turned on the room heater, it had a bad buring smell. So, we went down and asked for a new room and they provided it right away, very kind of them. In the new room, every thing was working. But I had so much trouble with the pillows and the blankets at night, really poor quality. On top of that, there was no fan for air circulation, it’s only heating or cooling, so the room would get very stuffy. So, none of us(4) got any good sleep in the 3 nights that we stayed. And their breakfast wasn’t that good either. Overall, we think this place isn’t worth the money, they should go cheaper or make things better for the customers.
