Nice hotel by the sea

The location is great for a peaceful holiday by the sea. Closest 7-11 was 200 m away, same a restaurants, massage, scooter rentals etc. The beach restaurant 300 m away is recommended ! Note! The beach is nice to walk, but there may be broken glass. Hotel maintenance could be improved. Traffic noise from street behind is very clear on 3rd floor rooms. I was luckily replaced on 2nd floor which was much better.

Internet sucks

Room is okay, cleaniness is acceptable; there are other hotel at similar price so probably wont come back again. Food is average; there are some restaurants near the hotel and i always prefer to eat there. The most frustrating thing is the internet. Have been using on day 1 and its not very stable. Cannot use on day 2 and 3 ar all, kept reporting to reception but its never fixed. They just dont have enough routers here. As i need to join conference call in the end i need to use roaming data. For those who stays close to the pool may not have the problem, but for rooms which are not close to where the router is located may have problem

The staff were extremely helpful and great! Loved the service, however, my room’s A.C. Was not working at all! It was terrible! I got so much mosquito bites too! Bathroom was dirty and there were a lot of dirty hair on the bed still. The room was dirty and having no air conditioner mad it worse. View was great but overall I had a bad experience in the room. I couldn’t wait to check out! The shower head also had mold growing it. And the shower smelt bad and sprayed terrible.

Wunderhübsches Resort direkt am Strand

Kleines, wunderhübsches und ruhiges Resort (ca. 20 Zimmer) direkt am Meer mit tollem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Wir waren Ende Februar 2018 als Familie (5 Erwachsene) für eine Woche dort und hatten zwei saubere, sehr geräumige und geschmackvoll möblierte Zimmer, eines in direkter „beach front“ Lage mit Terrasse neben dem „infinity“-Pool und eines im Hinterhaus im Gaten mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das auch Touren organisiert. Sehr gutes Restaurant (reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, ganztags bis 22 Uhr geöffnet mit thailändischer Küche) direkt am Pool mit Blick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerte Insel Ko Lome (2 km entfernt), etwa 10 Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen auf dem Rasenstreifen zwischen Pool und Strand. Das Hinterland bilden bewaldete Höhen. Praktisch menschenleerer, feiner weißer Sandstrand, 500 m lang, bei Flut ca. 10 m breit. Wassertiefe bei Flut etwa 1 m im Abstand von 5 – 100 m vom Strand, hier kann man zweimal am Tag jeweils 3-4 Stunden im ruhigen, 28-30° C warmen Wasser gut schwimmen. Bei Ebbe fällt dieser Bereich allerdings weitgehend trocken und bildet eine Art Watt mit leicht schlammiger Oberfläche. Etwa 400 m nördlich liegt ein größeres Resort am Strand, in dessen Nähe sich auch ein einfaches Strandrestaurant befindet. 500 m südöstlich der Straße entlang kommt man an eine durch ein Vorgebirge abgetrennte weitere Strandbucht mit mehreren Hotels, Restaurants, einem Supermarkt und einem Geldautomaten (Maestro, Visa, Master).

Very pleasant!

When we checked in we got ungraded without saying anything. We got a big room with seaview terrace. Beautiful! The hotel was nice. The breakfast was small and not so many thing to choose between. The nearest mini market was about 5 minutes walk. The hotel service was perfect. The staff helped us with order of taxi, the cheapest. Overall a really good hotel!

Go for the views!

View was great, hotel was definitely the nicest in that area. We loved waking up to the view of the beach. The hotel staff service was just ok. I rated them a three, but not once during my three day stay did the staff approach me to take my order for food or drinks while my husband and I were by the pool. Every time we wanted to order, we had to approach the bar. Not sure if this is a cultural difference or just how they do things. The back lounge area was great for watching the sunset, which we did every night. The room itself was fine, not luxurious. Husband said the bed was hard. The area itself is 1 hour from airport, 45 from Bangla Rd, and 30 from Phuket docks. Not much to see or do in vicinity of hotel but we liked the relaxation aspect.

Tolles Hotel zum Entspannen

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zum Entspannen perfekt, das Personal sehr freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es ein günstiges aber sehr gutes Restaurant direkt am Wasser. Nach puket Town sind es 20 Minuten.

Clean and comfortable hotel with lovely pools

We went when the weather wasn't great, but Cloud 19 had fantastic reviews so we were looking forward to a relaxing time in beautiful surroundings. The hotel and room were lovely, clean and well kept, however, we were really disappointed in the food and we were shocked at how expensive the food and drink, were compared to the quality. For example, they charge 280 baht for a bottle of bear and 70 baht for a fizzy drink. I enjoyed the stay, but, I am not convinced I would I go back.

Mysigt hotell nära havet, härlig pool, trevlig personal. Blev uppgraderade till familjerum utan extra kostnad. Thaimassagen på hotellet var helt fantastisk! Stranden var tyvärr inte särskilt inbjudande, full av skräp och smutsigt vatten, men vi var nöjda med poolen.
