Your property

We invite you to stay at our cozy 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom villa close to the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs (19+).
The villa can easily accommodate 4 people and has the option for additional 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen offers basic pantry items including spices, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, pots, pans, utensils and other useful implements. A microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric cook stove and oven are also part of the kitchen.

Enjoy the trails for walking, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing right off the property.

Use your 20% discount voucher (excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to soak in natural hot water and enjoy the saunas and steam rooms at the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs (19+).

Visit the nearby Yukon Wildlife Preserve to see northern animals in their natural habitat year-round — it’s a truly unique Yukon experience just minutes away.
You’ll also find a 15% discount coupon for the Wildlife Preserve included with your stay.



Guest access

The villa is part of a duplex.
You have your own space, entrance and terrace that you can use.
Free parking is available in front of the house.

Other details to note

Stay includes a 20% discount to the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs (19+) and a 15% discount to the Yukon Wildlife Preserve for our guests.

Guests must be 19 years or older to visit the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs.
No reservation is required for guests staying in our suites.
The 20% discount for the Hot Springs will be deducted at their front desks.
Special prices are offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs, and therefore no additional discounts can be applied with our vouchers on these days.

Please note that by booking you accept the fact that refunds are not provided if, for any reason, the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs (19+) or the Yukon Wildlife Preserve are closed during your stay. Whilst we work closely together, they are separate businesses and we are not liable for anything that happens on their premises. We do our absolute best to inform guests of any unforeseen disruptions and keep them updated on situations that develop.

Pets
We love welcoming pets in this unit! To keep things comfortable for all guests, please keep pets off the beds and furniture. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside.
If extra cleaning is required, an additional fee starting from $50 may apply.

There is no public transportation to the villa. Car rentals, taxis, or shuttle services from tour companies are available in Whitehorse.

Hiking, biking, and ski trails start right next to the house.
