Thehotel that is everything i need on business trip. The front desk is very accommodating from the Welcome to arranging for taxi transport if needed. The restaurant/ bar serves good food and the bar has the right ambience for entertaining a business client after work hours .

Besides the fact that the laundry truck blocked the entrance to our hotel room at 4pm in the afternoon with huge, open bins of dirty laundry, the trash cans in front of the building were overflowing & surrounded by trash. Not a good start. The room was fine, but holding money on my credit card for a week following, for possible damages, should be illegal. Plus, I left a message with accounts receivable to get some understanding & no one ever called back. Not good.

Hotel met my expectations. The concierge lounge was great with good food. Staff was attentive and did best to meet my needs. Only thing is that since the guest rooms is far from the front desk, it does take a while for them to deliver things. For example, I had a package delivered to the hotel and it took so long to have it delivered to my room that I just went and got it myself. Other than that, hotel was great.

This was my families first trip to a Renaissance Hotel and it didn't disappoint. The the lobby is outstanding, really makes a great first impression. The rooms were large and clean, the pool area was excellent and staff was helpful. We had a view of the woods from our room which gave the feeling of being in a luxury treehouse! Close to downtown White Plains and Rye Playland so the kids enjoyed it. Room service was a little pricing though.

Nice place. Clean room. Hotel is spread out so it's a little different - lot of walking. Overall, I'd recommend it.

Best hotel! We frequently visit and the service is always great. Nice place to get away from the city.

The hotel is perfect for what it is meant to be: a large local hotel serving the community and hosting parties and other gatherings.

Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding. Very nice hotel and stay!

I had a wonderful time at the renaissance hotel, rooms were very clean and very relaxing. I will definitely be returning.

We arrived to find our room in sub par condition and requested a change in room. First I was told that I would be met at my room and taken to new room???? I had to wait over an hour and about 6 calls later for someone to meet me. When I got to new room, it was even worse! the lock on the door was almost coming off, the door itself was loose and seemed like it was about to fall off. And the grout in the bathroom, left much to be desired. What was worse was that all they did was continue to apologize and nothing was done to compensate for the hours I spent on something as simple as a room change.

It is a pretty good hotel. It is in a remote area and some rooms are far from the parking lot. We have been there 2 and had good experiences both times.

Even though the hotel was farther away from down town New York City, to be exact 35 minutes, we really enjoyed our stay. They have a train connection not far from the hotel, but to get there you would need a car or cab. The Yoel was very comfortable and the service exceptional also their reataurant was amazing especially the hot chocolate lava cake! It you want a quiet stay with great hotel service then this one is your place to go! We will come back here!

Hotel is beautiful room was very affordable but the bed was hard as a rock & the pillows very uncomfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful !!!! The capitol theatre was right around the corner ! Will stay there again for sure

As I come to Westchester twice a year, I always stay here as it is the best for guests. The staff, dining experience complete each trip.

I was greeted at the door and offered infused water. The checked in was quick and easy, and the clerk offered information about the area with directions to restaurants.

Came here for one night only but experience was great from the reception to the room. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

We use this hotel regularly for business travel. Though it tends to have a few too many weddings (and hence can get a bit noisy/rowdy at times), it's otherwise a solid value in the area. The staff is also fantastic.

The hotel is nice but needs updating. The fixture on the bathroom sink was loose and leaked. The glass shelf above the toilet was hanging because the plugs had pulled out of the wall. These items need to be reported by housekeeping since they are in the rooms everyday.

Worth it's rate and included breakfast. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well for a hot day!
