Very dirty carpet is smelly do not recommend others to stay in this hotel. Unfriendly staffs

It was too noisy. The room smell like smoke, the bed was really uncountable, the toiler didn’t work well, and the bathtub was filthy. However, the buffet area was nice.

Room was old and in need of renovation. Bathroom was not pleasing at all. Parking area was very dark. Lighting should be installed.

The room was great and clean . The location was was great and accessible to many highways to the city.

What a mistake to choose this hotel and leaves a bad taste in my mouth about using orbitz again. You would think that if orbitz wants to create a good brand they would not allow such a establishment to be associated with them. I read the reviews on this property. We have traveled for the military for and my husband stays in Ramada quite often due to traveling 10-15 days a month. What most people may consider unacceptable, we may find somewhat acceptable. THIS HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. We requested a handicap accessible room and did not receive one,.. The pool closes at 7 p.m. WHO CLOSES A POOL IN JULY AT 7 P.M. The housekeeping was unreceptive to requests for clean towels, coffee, coffee cups, etc It appeared as anyone and everyone was welcome to use the pool. The second day the pool, supposedly blew a pump. We were in the water for 10 minutes the day before and the water was extremely cold. The heat of the day did not blow up the pump. The pool also appeared to be a public pool. When they closed it the second day about 20 people were picked up by vehicles. MY LAST POINT. This is a hotel that was foreclosed and vacant for long time and the buyer.did minimal work to open it. There was mold, dust, circuit breakers blowing, and unsavory characters about. I felt safe but kept a close eye on the children. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Left a complainT with desk and have heard nothing. It appears that their customers to not matter.

Loud, room smelled so bad like cigarettes and wet animal, we had a non-smoking room at that. The pool was great the first day the next day it seemed like people didn’t even belong there. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

When we first arrived there were people hanging in front screaming cursing and smoking. Then when we got to the front desk to check in there was an odor. Room 229 smelled like a ash tray the bed had dead flys on it the bed wasn’t made it looked like it wasn’t clean. I went to the front desk and told him he didn’t even care all he said we no refunds. This was my anniversary It was horrible. That was suppose to be an upgrade for. I will never book with them ever again

The hotel lobby is nice but the hallways to the rooms are very run down and narrow.Much to my surprise the rooms were very nice. It appears some updating was done.

I like the silence and I don’t like the smell in the room.

That place is nasty my girl and I got bedbugs bites!!! It smells like weed.
