Surprised there wasn't more ability to regulate the temperature in the rooms. Was told there wasn't any heating capability which seems surprising. What happens in the winter?? One of my family got a space heater but apparently it didn't work very well. Otherwise, great property.

The good news about the Hilton Westchester is that you can tell from the amenities, facility, offerings, etc., that you can enjoy an overall great experience at the property on a typical day. However, during my visit the hotel had a wedding party to attend to as well as an allegedly "unexpected" separate large group in attendance, which impacted service throughout the facility. Immediately upon arrival and check in, it became evident that things were a bit out of order. The hotel staff appeared overwhelmed and understaffed to handle the capacity. The front desk wasn't able to check me in for the room that I reserved, The outdoor pool was closed due to an expected storm. The indoor pool was very crowded. Towels were not replenished in a timely fashion, there was a good deal of garbage left around and even vomit in the indoor pool area. There were a lot of kids running around the hotel, unsupervised. Food services appeared frustrated dealing with patrons, etc. I'd be willing to visit the property again for a stay on a typical day.

I was not able to check into my room until 5:00, this was disappointing.

Room had left over smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away. Even after 3days and a bottle of febreez. We were never notified of being assigned to a smoking room. Maybe we could have complain ed and moved but the place was packed. We didn't. Now we need to wash all of our clothes again. Next time we will check before accepting the key. Lesson learned.

Room and bathroom were not clean. Towels were smelling like they were sitting in a closet for very long time.

Need to improve on communicating what in the hotel is available to guests and where it is located. Could improve on the timing of fixing up guests room.

Limited dining options , pool was nice, rooms comfy

The Stay Was Amazing! Only Spent 1 Night Here, Still It Was Beautiful. Definitely Would Come Back (Very Soon). Overall It’s A Beautiful Place & I’d Recommend To Anyone

I enjoyed my stay. We arrived and checked in immediately. It was a smith creckin. I with the would direct you to your room. I had to walk around and find my way to the room.

2 full size beds in a very large room. For a Hilton, I was a little disappointed. The beds were the most uncomfortable I've stayed on in a long time. My boyfriend's back is still bothering him. I was surprised that the beds were so small in such a large room and a tiny bathroom as well. The hotel was gorgeous and staff was incredibly nice, just needs some help on the rooms!

The first thing I noticed is that the hotel is very beautiful just outdated. After checking in and going to our room I noticed the room was very dusty. After having to repeatedly call and try to get moved to another room. I was told I couldn't because they were booked. Finally a manger came and said all they could do was re clean the room. After a few hours I went back and the room was very clean and nice. Later I requested for extra blankets and then extra pillows. They brought the pillows failing to still bring the blankets that was requested first. I finally received them. Next I made a complaint that the refrigerator wasn't working as I needed it to keep my daughters pedisure cold. They said they agree it wasn't working as should and would bring another one. Four days later I still never received the refrigerator. Next they ran a shuttle to and from the train station. I would have to call multiple times to get through to get a ride and one night was left waiting 45mins because they claim they didn't get my call and then forgot and picked someone else up first. So I had to wait at the train station at night with a toddler. My first time to New York and the hotel experience was awful.

Check in supposed to be at 3 p.m. Not able to check in till 4 p.m. Sat in lobby for time. Housekeeping staff cannot keep up with rooms. Took most of the day to get room set up. Most time they forgot the amenities. Would not stay at this Hilton again!

very busy hotel-but staff was accommodating. Not fancy but certainly not run down. Good value-good stay

My sister and I decided to take a quick trip to NY to visit family. Staying at the Hilton in Rye Brook made for easy access to and from the city. The Hilton staff members were welcoming, courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We ended up ordering breakfast through room service and both orders were delicious. The cost was extremely high, but the food was excellent. It was our second stay and I would definitely book another stay.

The hotel was very nice though it was in need of some upkeep. The screen door on our patio was in really bad shape and many of the common areas were in need of minor repairs. The food was not very good but the overall experience was good. Our toilet kept clogging but staff was fast and efficient in fixing it. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, the staff was nice and attentive, and the amenities were very nice.
