House keeping was very rude. I found stain on my sheet and the housekeeping was very rude about changing it. Front desk is very pleasant. Room was fairly clean.

Not a pleasant stay, front desk check in rude, i spend two days and two nights, they never cleaned the room. No information provided at the front desk about the facility, we couldn't used the pool. I will definitely not got back there

The rooms were good. The swimming pool was nicely heated but had limited hours. It used t on have a bar and cafe which served food and drinks. But now it’s just a few vending machines. Breakfast was limited.

The shower in our room had no barrier on the floor so the water immediately leaked out all over the bathroom and all over the hallway. I’ve never seen anything like it not to mention there was no hot water at all. The TV didn’t work very well. did the phone and a lot of the outlets didn’t have live Electricity. the Front Desk didn’t even come out to quiet the little children running in the hallway all evening . The Front Desk area smelled good.

Unfortunately the hotel did not pre advise about religious elevator halting and non dining services on Saturday morning. I had to turn away disabled family guests during my holiday family visitation that night which was the purpose of my having spent my money on renting the space that day.

The bathrooms are a disaster, the faucet kept running and the handles were broken. The tub was disgusting, dirty drains with no stoppers, caulk peeling from the walls and bathroom vents hanging out of the ceiling. We switched rooms and that room had similar issues. Beds were made but it looked like the sheets were old and not washed. Sadly we left and didn't stay the night. Never before have we been so uncomfortable that we couldn't stay in the room or the hotel for that matter. On top of all that, the hotel had a big event with noisy people running back and forth down the hallways. Just a really bad situation and we had to eat the cost.

The property is kind of older which is what attracted us to it along with the name. The WiFi would not work, the water was hot and cold amongst other things. The staff was nice though
