If you expect to the rest of the hotel to look like the lobby pictures you are mistaken. The common areas were dirty and run down and no evidence of upkeep and repairs. The entire property looks as if it is ready to go under. We had a domestic disturbance in the room next to us and tried to call the front desk and there was no phone in the rooms. We had to call the direct line and were continuously put on hold. The front desk said the lack of phones in the rooms was due to a flood. They never specified what or when this flood was. The electric car charger station was broken and ducked taped to keep people from using it so we couldn't charge our car. The would have been nice to know before we booked at the property. I spoke to the front desk and was given the run around continuously. They have absolutely zero customer service intentions so keep your expectations low when you book there. I received the how are you doing texts from the front desk but they were only for show because they never really addressed any of my concerns.
