About the home This stunning three-bedroom chalet (3500 sq ft) in the peaceful Wedgewoods neighborhood offers an unforgettable Whistler experience. With breathtaking views and a private hot tub, you can relax in warm, bubbling water while taking in the beauty of the surrounding forest. Inside, the open-concept design blends modern style with comfort, featuring spacious living areas, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an elegant dining table that seats 8—perfect for family gatherings or intimate dinners. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with both a rainfall shower and soaker tub, and patio access. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and their own ensuite bathrooms. The living area includes a pull-out sofa, HD TV, and a gas fireplace, providing a cozy retreat for all guests.
Guests have exclusive access to the main level of the home. Please note that long-term tenants reside on the lower level, which is a completely separate space. The property is well-divided to ensure privacy, and tenants will not interfere with guest use of any areas. Tenants do not have access to guest amenities such as the garage or hot tub, though they do use the street parking directly in front of the property. Outpost guests are kindly reminded to remain within the designated guest areas on the main level and are not permitted to access tenant-occupied spaces.
