Our spacious home features 2 comfortable bedrooms, and a bunk room, providing ample space for larger parties. The house is maintained to ensure cleanliness and tidiness to meet high standards. For those traveling with more guests, we have room for additional visitors, with tents or campervans with a small cost for facilities, allowing everyone to enjoy the serene surroundings. It has a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs.

Upstairs:
Kitchen dining room – fully equipped kitchen to meet most or all of your needs, brand new stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, baking equipment – Home from Home (no dishwasher) time travel – back in time to the early days

Large lounge area – smart TV, sofas, throws, and an assortment of games for any age

Bathroom – NO shower, only bath – hair dryer and hair straighteners, hand wash and body wash

Balcony with stunning views of the farm, Webber BBQ, seating

Bedroom 1: King bed, double wardrobe with wooden coat hangers, shelving and table and chair

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, double wardrobe with wooden coat hangers, shelving and table and chair

Downstairs:
Large bunk room: King single bunk, double bed and table and stools

Shower room: shower and toilet – body wash

Laundry room: Front loader washer, larder fridge and double sink

Outside:
Plenty of room for parking multiple cars, and boats, no extra charge; tents or campervans, a small charge per person

Outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand from beach hopping

House Rules for Our Farm Stay

1. Pet Policy
• A maximum of two dogs are permitted during your stay - $50 extra per dog per stay - owners must clean up after their dogs in and outside.
• All dogs must be controlled at all times, especially due to the presence of livestock on the surrounding land.
• Dogs weighing 10 kg or less are allowed inside the house; however, it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that the house remains clean and free from pet hair and mess.
• Dogs weighing over 10 kg must remain outside during your stay. A kennel is available on the property for their comfort.

2. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is only permitted outside on the patio. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly to maintain cleanliness and safety.

3. General Conduct
• Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and care. This includes cleaning up after themselves and their pets.

• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighboring farms.

4. Safety Precautions
• Please supervise children at all times, particularly near livestock areas and any outdoor equipment.
• Ensure that all gates are closed securely after use to prevent livestock from wandering.

5. Check-Out Procedures
•Before checking out, please ensure that all dishes are washed, trash is disposed of properly, and any personal belongings are removed from the premises.
• Report any damages or issues encountered during your stay so we can address them promptly.
