The location is excellent, breakfast is not your usual simple breakfast, there’s a different menu everyday, congratulations to the staff and the kitchen lady also who was refilling everything, also thanks to the cooks. The rooms were okay, clean for what we needed. Front desk was very friendly except the night shift on the second night (Dec 10th) lady was on the phone and the guy didn’t seem to care nor he smiled. Morning/Day staff was wonderful though . Carpets, room and halls have a very strong cleaner or chemical smell. I have allergies and Im sensitive to odors so it was almost hard to breathe but we were out all day. I recommend the place for the breakfast but still rates are a bit high per night and get rid of that strong smell on carpets please.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Room was clean and the pool and hot tub were out of this world. Don’t usually give reviews on places, but this hotel was well worth the very affordable rate. 10/10 would recommend. Understand why it’s labeled the #1 hotel in West Virginia. Will be back if we are ever staying in that area again.
