The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the location was perfect. It was close to several restaurants, shopping, and events.

The management and employees are very professional and friendly. I continue to stay there as it's an excellent location as well

The staff was great! I wish I’d gotten some of their names but one man helped us with our luggage was engaging and so polite! There was a bartender who was really nice too, she made us drinks in the Christmas bar the last day. Another bartender who made me a delicious pitcher. They really outshined the negative. You get what you pay for with this hotel. My husband was basically Bob the builder for our toilet for the few days we were there and our shower would not turn off. There were some other minor things but again, you remember what you paid and you let it be.

Everything was and is amazing.
