Hotel staff was so friendly & professional. Loved Zia at front desk. Staff at breakfast was wonderful as well. The room quality does need improvement. Bed mattress worn & not comfortable. AC so loud...sounds like running motor on bus
Wanted a room close to end of hall facing parking lot..was told I was on first floor make a left then another left w no regard to my request! Was honestly dissatisfied with this location not having a fireplace available...the main reason we like love these hotels is that feature. With being on first floor we have a noise issue...someones child was running back & forth til 1 am. I did not know if management was available to address our concerns! Was later told at check out management is on duty 24/7. Had not stayed here since 2010 although the rooms were clean some upgrades with the overall appearance could improve comfortability.
There were teenagers everywhere is this hotel. Dogs barking. The indoor pool was closed. We booked this hotel specifically for that reason. The staff was not helpful in making the accommodations any better. There was mold in the bathroom. The carpet is coming up we almost tripped on it. The toilet ran all night.
Bed blanket had cigarette holes for a non smoking room. Room smelled like someone had smoked in the room. Beer bottle caps found between the sofa bed.
Overnight stay for nephew's birthday party. Good atmosphere and great location. Would definitely stay again.

Nice rooms and great staff. Rooms can be noisy at night if you are on the side by the highway - this is the only bad thing.
