i’m not gonna lie when I showed up the place on the outside looked very shady 😰 but I was truly surprised how clean the rooms are! The continental breakfast is simple but fulfilling. And the customer service was great. Definitely recommend it.

The room was definitely on the older side, but the staff themselves were courteous throughout our stay. However, there were a few inconveniences, one night our key card stopped working, and when I called for fresh towels, they never arrived. Our room also wasn’t serviced at all during our four-night stay, even though we left by 9 a.m. each day. Overall, friendly staff but the service and upkeep could use improvement.

Enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered are very nice. Room is clean. The location seems safe. Free breakfast is nice! Hot water and coffee are available 24/7 which is very nice! There’s no down comforter like it stated on Expedia website, but that’s ok for us. We will book this hotel again whenever we’re back to Westminster 🙂
